I stayed at 'Le Saint Paul' with a friend for 5 nights in early June 2016. The hotel was easy to find as you walk along Boulevard Franck Pilatte. Le Saint Paul is located on the sea front which offers great views over the south coast and the entrance to Nice Port. The hotel has a large off-street car park... More

Lovely view. Imposing building with history right on the sea. Like a seminary (which was the building's former purpose), the rooms are austere with limited, unflattering furniture. We stayed in early September and really suffered from the heat within the room due to there being no AC. We had to keep the windows wide open all night which allowed every... More

Le Saint Paul is not a fancy hotel but the views as breathtaking! You get a view over he entire Nice bay and right in front of he hotel there is a super cosy beach and many lovely restaurants. The hotels restaurant has the most amazing view as well! Rooms are very simple but clean and nice enough.

The service is friendly and english speaking. The location of the hotel is wonderful, the view from the rooms is fabulous. The rooms are clear, and cosy. The breakfast is buffet like, but very limited, croissants, toasts and some cold cuts.

From the outside this looked like our sort of hotel. The location cannot be beat - absolutely incredible view from our room over the water. Large enclosed parking lot (unheard of!). It is true that the facade is a little crumbly - but totally charming...until we got to our room which had been baking in the hot summer sun all... More

Nestled slightly above the harbour with Magnificant views of Nice bay this hotel is a cross between boutique and modern with classic leanings! Fabulous terrace restaurant - perfect for drinks and meals - food excellent with good choices from fixed price and alacarte. Good service. Room large and ok......on the 4th floor - bathroom far too small and shower can't... More

This was the first meal I've had with my family after their arrival here. As I've been working here for a while I haven't got the usual French tourist treatment because French colleagues have ensured better service. The food took forever here. When it arrived it was great but it took 2 hours of constant prompting for service. We felt... More

We stayed here with a group of cyclists on our St Malo to Nice tour. We picked this hotel because there's plenty of parking (very unusual in Nice), because of the sea views, and because it's considerably quieter here than in the main part of Nice, which was manic. We thought it would round our trip off nicely - and... More

Our room on 4th floor was modern and spacious with a king bed, large bathroom with separate toilet, small refrigerator, coffee/tea pot, in room safe and air conditioning. They offered a very good continental breakfast for a reasonable price. The large terrace in front of hotel offered beautiful views of the Med for breakfast and dinner. Make reservations for dinner.... More

Stayed here at the end of June for the football in Nice. Modern reception, restaurant and facilities on the ground floor. Bedrooms are a little tired but clean and basic. Bed was comfortable with a stunning view over the bay towards Nice. It's a good 30 mins or so walk in to Nice itself as this sits about 1/2 mile... More
