This restaurant was not our first choice, but as many restaurants were closed (holiday season) we ended up here. We did not have a reservation, yet we got seating on the terrace. First and main courses were simply delicious. In our opinion the desert menu was rather basic and we ended up sharing the waffle desert due recommendation, which fell...

It was not easy finding accommodations to fit our schedule in Nice, since we were unknowingly sandwiched between the Cannes Film Awards and the Monaco Grand Prix. Our host, Peter, welcomed us to La MOma—his home and artist studio. Location, location, location! We easily walked the safe neighborhood for restaurants and other points of interest. At the end of the...

We stayed at La Moma for 4 nights in May 2013. We had initially planned to stay for three but were having such a good time we stayed another night. Peter and Valerie were incredibly accommodating. I arrived late the first night around 9pm and had to drive to pick up a friend from the airport. Peter didn't bat an...

My daughter and I stayed at Moma this summer and could not have asked for a better situation. It was easy to get downtown and Peter and Valerie gave us excellent advice as to how to spend our time in Nice. We enjoyed breakfast in the garden, valued our discussions about art and politics and felt completely welcomed into Peter...

A friend and I stayed at La MoMA for a few nights during the easter break and had to POP room. It was definitely a home away from home - Peter and Valerie made us feel very welcome during our stay and it was a rare occasion to be able to stay in an artists' home. We were able to...

Due to a business trip I stayed at La Moma for two nights. I loved the interior of the house and the backyard is one of the most comfortable which I have ever seen. The matisse room, where I stayed, is furnished absolutely lovely in a unique style. I liked it very much. Valerie and Peter are very hospitable owners....

When you travel, you look for an accommodation that is clean and safe, reasonably priced and conveniently located. If you find a place that has all of the above and is also available on the dates you requested, hey, you call yourself lucky. And if the place turns out to be better than you expected, that it has something extraordinary,...

my sister and I stayed in the Pop room for 4 nights in April and had a very comfortable stay. The place is a few minutes away from the tram stop and about 15 minutes away from the shops on foot. Breakfast was prepared whenever we wanted, just give the hosts a notice the previous night if you want to...

The house is in a great location right on the tram line, it costs 1 Euro to get anywhere in Nice on the tram. We stayed in the Jazz room, its was reeeealllly small and there was nowhere to hang or store our clothes - ok for a one night stopover but not if you plan on staying longer. Peter...

We had a great time here. It is wonderfully priced, comfortable and in a great location, close to the tram stop. The B&B is clean and wonderfully decorated with Peter's modern art. He was more than happy to show us and explain to us his works. Breakfast was simple with fresh bread, jams, yoghurt, coffee & juice. It wonderful to...

“There are only two rooms, both on the 1st Floor and neither have a connected bathroom. The bigger room is to the west and has it's bathroom downstairs off the kitchen. The smaller room is to the east and has it's toilet next door and it's shower down a corridor off the main entrance. Both the bathrooms are clean and roomy with unique decoration”
