We have stayed at multiple hotels in Antibes and Juan-Les-Pins and after staying at the Juana we've decided it will be our go-to hotel from now on. The staff were wonderfully friendly, the room great.

The staff were absolutely fantastic. From housekeeping to reception. Faultless work force. Very charming and authentic building. I hate generic hotels and much prefer a building which feels typical of the area. This did not disappoint. A really good find and we will return.

The Juana is a perfectly situated boutique type hotel . The service is very good and restaurant is split between the open terrace and closed area . The quality of food is good and the breakfast choice is excellent . We occupied a classic double room on the first floor for 5 nights . The room is very well furnished... More

We enjoyed the hotel as a couple. Great location. when we checked in the room wasn't ready yet so they offered us a free ride to their sister hotel by the beach for lunch. Extremely nice staff especially the concierge. I strongly recommend this hotel especially for couples.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Good service and friendly staff. The quality of the food i great and there is a interesting wine list, and You can buy glasses of a lot more wines than usual in a hotel. The only thing I would wish for, is that rooms would be ready earlier. 15:00 is a bit... More

I was very disappointed with our Stay. First, they allow smoking in the rooms which spread through the vents. Our continental breakfast was stale and we did not get any utensils or napkins. We had to call and ask for them. The breakfast was 75 euros.... Seriously?! I would never recommend this hotel!

The hotell is located central in Juan-les-Pins. Short way to the beach. We liked the swimming pool and the sunbeds. The food in the restaurant was good. Good service. The bathroom was not so good because the floor got very wet when we took a shower.

We were lucky enough to come across a cut-price half board break starting on 27-August (the end of French holidays). What a fabulous hotel; well worth its ratings. Staff are so well trained and attuned to the needs of guests. The private beach (part of the partner Belle rive Hotel) is perfect, and the sea was 25 degrees C, perfect... More

An absolutely beautiful place to stay. Caring, attentive staff. Great location and a fantastic breakfast. The pool or your private balcony is a great spot to relax. Some rooms only have bath tubs, no shower. We loved every minute of staying here and definitely want to go back!!

I have never written a trip advisor review before but I wanted to do so as I feel so underwhelmed by this hotel. Like much of the south of France it is simply trading off a bygone era. There is no concept of value for money here. Breakfast was very poor - the chef could barely muster an omelette -... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for your recent comments. We would be really interested to learn more of your reviews; we invest heavily in a constant offer program every season ( buffet breakfast, brunch, detox specialities, different choice of bistrot menus, etc…) and we feel quite a misunderstanding between your comment and the reality of our service. “Like much of the...
