Perfect location, just off the main track, so nice and quiet at night, but just a stones throw form all the action. Ideal if you're going to the Jazz festival, as it is only a 20 - 15 walk from this charming b&b.

If you are looking for gracious hospitality in a supremely comfortable B&B in a charming spot near Nice this place is incomparable. Our hosts were wonderfully helpful and the location can't be beat. 5 minutes from a beautiful beach and close to a big selection of restaurants and shops. Juan les Pins is a great base for day trips in...

The place to stay and relax if you’re travelling on the French Riviera Excellent location, a very short walk from the main beach in Juan-les-Pins, but also allowing you to explore the main sightseeing attractions on the French Riviera: Nice, Cannes, St Tropez and Monte Carlo. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The house had a nice garden...

We spent one week end in the hotel and everything was great: the room very clean, big and comfortable. Owners amazing. Location fantastic, 2 minutes walking from the beach. There were all the comforts you expect from a 4 stars hotels, but in a charming and family atmosphere. We highly recommend it!

Me and my girlfriend stayed at La Maison Des Capucines this may, and we could not have had a better stay. It´s a quick 5 minutes walk to the beach and promenade which leads to the center of Juan Les Pins. The B&B was just as we expected; baguettes, croissants and fresh coffee each day. The rooms were comfortable and...

Close to the beach (just a block and a half away from great beaches, where it is worth it to pay for beach chairs), lovely owners, fabulous breakfast. If you're looking for fancy hotel, this is not it. But if you're looking for clean, air-conditioned place to stay while you enjoy beach, this is a good spot.

Thank you so much for your very nice review. I apologize for not answering earlier but as you know we just re opened the B&B for the spring and summer and when you came we were just ready to start... since it has been crazy with all the events on the French Riviera.and we have a few days rest so...

A five night stay in July was a perfect base to explore the Cote d'Azur. Wonderful location walking distance to the beach, and town of Juan les Pins and close to the charms of old Antibes. The pleasant room with private terrace accommodated me and a teenager comfortably. The garden was a quiet cool oasis to enjoy our breakfast. Most...

Sorry for the delay in responding, but I must say thank you as you did not keep it as a secret and we already had I believe 2 reservations from people who came from you. We hope to see you back in Juan les Pins, I know it is a bit far from your home and travel plans, but the...

Hidden gem within the busy Juan Les Pins. You will not get a luxury hotel sea view but you will get a lovely family style B&B with very modern and clean rooms - a homemade French breakfast (self made yoghurt even) and a short walk to the best beach zone around. (The only one with sand... ) The owners are...

We loved it here. Very close to a nice beach, and five-ten minutes walk from lots of restaurants. The town is quiet nice, a bit smaller and a bit less touristy than some of the neighbouring places, although it is about half an hour's walk to Antibes or a short drive to Cannes. Great breakfasts in a little courtyard and...

My wife and I just finished a 5 night stay and are ecstatic about our visit. The guest house is conveniently situated on a quiet street 1 block from the public beaches at Juan Les Pines with a ton of restaurants nearby as well. The house itself is very well decorated and has a lovely patio in the backyard for...
