This place needs a serious rethink for the price. It certainly doesn't merit its 4 stars on its comfort and cleanliness of the rooms. A very uncomfortable sofa bed which we had to make up ourselves and strip after using them. The room was very small for three adult sized people. Very poor value for money

Service was great, definitely will recommend to everyone who is staying in the area about this hotel! Not only is it convenient and in the mall it is on the slope so very quick when you are going skiing!

The location of this "apart/hotel" is great but that's the end of that. When we arrived at the hotel we were welcomed by an uncleaned room with poo sprayed all over the bathroom and empty beer bottles in the kitchen. Even after cleaning the room was still insanely dirty. The sofa bed is of the cheapest kind, being so uncomfortable...

Whilst the location is great and the staff are helpful and friendly, this hotel should not be rating itself as 4 stars. The lack of staff meant that after a long day of skiing, we were unable to check in until 6.30pm and were forced to wait in the lobby for 2 hours. The lack of bar/restaurant in the hotel...

We booked an appartment for two nights hoping for a 4 stars experience. Thought it was a hotel as mentioned in several booking sites, but it is not and this is emphasized several times during our stay. We were supposed to bring with us toiletpaper as well as cleaning materials. The reception and the surrounding areas are not kept clean...

This is day 3 of my stay at the New Chastillon with my 18 year old daughter in a studio supposedly for 4 ( sofa bed in sitting room/ kitchen area), bunk beds in an alcove. There is no way this studio can comfortably accommodate 4 people with ski clothes etc. The sofa bed takes up the whole room and...

We stayed at the New Chastillon for 5 days, and had a room for 4. The check in times were wierd and dumb. You have no chance of going skiing the same day you arrive thanks to the check in times. We waited about 20 minutes for somebody to let us check in. The room was nice, looked new and...

The concept is ok and location ski in ski out close to main car park is fine. 20% discount at Intersport much appreciated BUT this facility is desperately understaffed no way meriting four stars. Check in is 5 pm which after a full day's skiing assuming you left home at 8 am .... you are ready for your room. We...

We booker from 26/12/16 - 03/01/17 in room 308. The positive: Good location, practically on the slepes, between gondol -lifts. the Negative: Starts already before check in, as this can be made only from 5pm til 7.30 Pm, and this creates an endless queue, and the reception area happens to be the same area AS everybody has to pass through...

We stayed here for 1 night. You can't check in until 17.00. Our family room was superb. Overlooking the slopes. Self catering equipment. Spacious. Clean. However there is a sort of military approach to the hotel which made me slightly stressed. You have to make your own beds when you arrive. On checkout you have to get your room inspected...
