Great place for a family vacation. Unique location with wild beach access. Food is ok, but if your stay 2 weeks, you’ll get same menu. Special thanks to Stéphane and Tim at the kids swimming section, who have made a great job teaching our son to swim

Great break for a family with kids of all ages. The entertainment and kids' camps were a fab distraction for the kids, while the parents could enjoy a well earned break. The new swimming pool is a great addition. The surrounding area is idyllic.

We spent all 5 a wonderfull week there. It was to have our 3 children who are adults with us and enjoying good times, with good buffets, nice beaches, nice people, a wonderfull view and having much fun, dancing each night !
Our sports coach Valérie was great and very professionnal and it was always good fun meeting Dodo and the entertainment team.
We had as well a wonderfull massage with Adélaide and her husband at the "Lamm Soin Space"
All was perfect, we've been there for the second time and always enjoy it !

⚠️ This place is a camping and far to be a well rated club as they claim. The room we have given was in poor state (see pictures). We have asked for another one and after visiting it, the conclusion was it was not better. For the money that has left our bank account, the value is far to be there. HUGE disappointment.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We apologize for your stay not meeting all your expectations. We are surprised to hear about the aspects of your room that fell short, as our accommodations are partly renovated to enhance guest comfort. We immediately report these points to the teams concerned to ensure that our accommodations are always up to the standard our guests expect and deserve. Moreover, we understand the importance of receiving value for the money spent, and it's distressing to learn that this was not reflected in your experience. We take such feedback seriously and will utilize it to review our offerings and pricing to ensure they align with our guests' satisfaction. Finally, we would like to invite you back to Belambra Clubs, where we offer a range of holiday clubs across France, each with unique features and amenities. With stunning locations, friendly staff, and a variety of room options, we believe there is a perfect fit for every guest. We hope we may have the occasion to welcome you back in one of our 50 clubs in France for an improved experience. Kindest regards, Augustin, Service Relation Clients Belambra

Outdated, unsanitary, lack of hygiene and general cleanliness, undersized infrastructure, low-cost services, etc.
Hoping to prevent other potential customers like us from falling into the trap of misleading communication of the Belambra website, below are some selected illustrations from hundreds.
NB: these points were raised several times during our stay (including up to the director) without follow-up/actions.
And no, Augustin of customer service, the location of the site does not justify intentional deception on all the services offered and indeed contempt for customers (the problems are perfectly known and unacceptable but obviously nothing is done). These are factual records of non-conformities between what you sell and reality, not subjective assessments of deviations from our expectations.
As a reminder, the Belambra website indicates a 4* / 5B holiday village service (“the best Belambra experience can offer you!”) with a public rate of 600€ / night during our stay (see our invoice in the photos).
Illustrations:
Dirty room on arrival (dust, uncleaned and sticky floor, traces of limestone all over the taps, drips on the furniture and the wall of the bathroom, black and moldy shower joints, etc.).
Waste bins, used bath towels and other detritus that hang out for days in public areas).
Presence of cockroaches and moths in the rooms, cobwebs everywhere in the stairs and corridors, flaking paint, rusty equipment in the dwellings (light fixtures, radiators, hooks...), in the room, picketed mirrors, HS ventilation with strong odors of moisture, air conditioner indicating that maintenance of the filter has not been done, etc...
Undersized installations that do not allow you to enjoy them or ensure a smooth experience: 100 deckchairs at the pool for more than 1000 residents (village capacity over 1400 people), making it inaccessible and overcrowded, a single bar for the whole village, a single toaster in the morning, toilets for 3 people to absorb the entire flow of hundreds of people passing through the reception, restaurant and terrace), etc.
Deplorable restaurant service: difficult to find a table cleared and / or properly set up, forcing to clear the previous table and / or set the table yourself, the clearings and trainings are often done in a hurry (remnants of food traces of the previous ones), food crushed everywhere on the ground without anyone cleaning during service, staff behind the stands not all wearing gloves, who serve in the dishes (fries, pizza) with their hands in full service in front of customers, or even transfer the food (dolphin apples, fries) with their hand without gloves, bulk storage (under the food stands) of household products, food, personal belongings (handbag, telephone), dirty terrace at any time of the day (from the morning, presence on the tables of glasses not cleared of the previous day, butts, etc.).
Services at a discount: old and tiny room, not even a chair to sit in, nor a glass of water, no hairdryer either, only two samples of shower gel in a room of 4, no towel for the pool/beach (knowing that they only come once a week for the “refreshment” during which they change the towels and hand over toilet paper), tennis balls for a fee, the reception tells us that it is up to us to manage alone with the luggage knowing that there are many stairs in the village and gravel paths, disposable cardboard cups for tea/coffee in the morning, poor quality industrial desserts, etc.
Take a good look at the reviews from more positive reviews which often do not reflect the given average star rating. Moreover, some suggest that they were in renovated rooms (premium) without having to go through the common areas. This limits the damage a little but does not erase the serious problems noted: hygiene defects, deception, total amateurism in the operation of the center and customer relations... at the Award of 600€/night.
If, like us, you have been trapped by Belambra’s misleading communication, and would like to denounce these practices, do not hesitate, like us, to make a report to the DGCCRF via the SignalConso website, and file a complaint.

We booked through the Belambra platform with the premium option
Upon arrival in the room 2 bath towels for 4: response to our complaint is normal ... it is to make you aware of the ecology 🤨 complicated for a stay of 10 days with beach and pool!
Regarding the pool, the architecture is very nice but there is a lack of maintenance certain, pedal never cleaned and smell of sewers from the entrance!
Noise in the corridors and outside until midnight , the insulation of housing is a disaster and the promised complete renovation is not worthy of a 5 B.
At the restaurant it is the factory you have to be there at 7pm otherwise it is the fair ... The dishes are correct but from a cafeteria level, the presence of flies and wasps on the buffet is not tolerable.
Most of the holidaymakers are city dwellers from big cities and this is reflected in the atmosphere. Nobody says hello or a nice word is really the image of today’s society.
On the terrace we are attacked by mosquitoes and wasps morning noon and evening.
If you want calm you can find a creek , access is sometimes difficult and shoes are highly recommended for swimming. Attention a large part of the tip is closed by barriers, this area is forbidden on foot.
Nice setting but Not disappointed to leave.

THIS PLACE IS A SHAME! We are not talking about 200€ per night, we are talking about 524€/night or 3700€ for 7 nights is a scandal. It is not correct at all to take people for pigeons. Here is the detail:
– We had reserved a prenium accommodation but I must explain to you that there is prenium when you arrive in a building worthy of a city, unhealthy and bad smell. The accommodation itself is really not exceptional and the worst is the sofa bed horrible, impossible to sleep there together. I had to sleep with my daughter in her room, lucky we were only 3. Provide night masks because the curtains are not blackout and balls that are quies because the double glazing is not recent:(
- the pool is full to bursting , no place to land, you have to go through a small building to rinse your feet and leave your taps, the building smells bad feet and the floor is very dirty.
- Catering: you call it a restaurant... I call it a canteen. Almost every day the same starters and desserts, impossible to sit at a table, obliged to go to eat after 9pm to have a free table and not queue for a slice of pizza. Working conditions of horrible pizzaiolos. Leaking machines, dirty dishes, a heat to die... in short the moment of meal that should be a pleasure turns into a nightmare.
A kid’s club where the animators are overwhelmed by the number of children. One day there were 3 animators for 45 children ...
In the evening there are no Things to do for them except a vigil a week and a show. On Sunday and Saturday afternoons the kid’s club is closed.
The bar at aperitif time is crowded, impossible to sit down for a drink.
– In conclusion... considering the space and geographical location this place could be exceptional but unfortunately, we take our money and do not reinvest it to make it live up to the Award paid. The layout of the common areas is not at all suitable for a club of more than 1000 people in summer.
Trip Tip: rent accommodation nearby and come and enjoy the coves as the coastal path is open and accessible to all.
The positive reviews on this site must be false, it was not possible to pay more than 500€ a night is to be happy with this place.
Everyone I spoke with was unhappy.

Arrived since yesterday , I find the quality of the accommodation extremely disappointing for the asking Award.
I had been sold by phone a renovated place, apparently not my home... It is aging, the taps do not hold , the air conditioning is only present in one room, not to mention the view of the room on a roof terrace that must serve as garbage for some (photos).
So it’s not my habit to be annoying or demanding , and I’m always fully satisfied with what I have, but here I think it’s frankly an exaggeration for the Award. I have the Impression of being in a VVF of the 80s.
Whether Belambra via Caravelle wants to increase its share of activity in the field of tourism is one thing, but focusing its investments on quality is another. Too bad!!
Otherwise for the rest, and especially the external environment, that’s fine.

The only interest of this club, and they know it, is its location.
The rest is very far from the price you will pay to stay there: half-air-conditioned rooms (one room out of two, choose who will be hot), swimming pool without deckchairs, catering quickly overwhelmed by people, and sleepless nights because the club is transformed into a nightclub.... the children will try to sleep to music.
No customer service, no response given to our request to change rooms, you are politely referred to customer services or complaints which do not respond.
Go on your way, at this price, you will find much better elsewhere, there are plenty of real tourism professionals.
