The villa built in the hills of Grasse for the Rothchilds is a nice B&B. The house has it charm decorated with antiques or objects acquired from his world travels,by the actual owner, Pierre, a charming and discrete man who makes you feel it is as much your house as his. The rooms are charming and very clean. The bed...

This is a lovely B&B. The room had a beautiful view and was a nice size. The bed was probably a queen size but old and sagging. Did nothing for our backs. Good solid beds are essential for travellers. The ensuite was ok , The seperate toilet was very very small. Hard to close the door when sitting. The owner...

Situated in a quiet location with a breathtaking view, yet within walking distance of Grasse city center. A lush garden with a nice and very private swimming pool. The rooms are genuine and without any commercial feel, instead they are like you are staying with some very good French friends. Friendly is also the feeling of the house; the hosts...

A great B&B in the heights of Grasse with panoramic views of Provence going all the way to the Mediterranean sea. Martine and Pierre, our hosts, were exceedingly helpful, especially Martine who went out of her way to ensure we got what we wanted for Breakfast. Rooms were clean, spacious. The drawbacks were: the lack of air conditionning or fan...

What a lovely location, the house is a little quirky which we loved. The owners Martine and Pierre were wonderful, very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The views are magnificent. A very relaxing stay. Thank you.

This is a lovely place to stay in Grasse. A beautifully decorated house and garden with friendly and well-organised owners. The rooms are of excellent size, and views look out way over the town, the valley and out to the sea. The garden goes more up and down than across, with steps leading past lemon and lime tress down to...

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unique, characterful and very comfortable villa (in August 2014.) I suppose the décor would be called "rustic". The whole place feels like a large family house and there is nothing that suggests it's a commercial enterprise. This villa was originally built for the Rothschilds, who originally owned a large part...

Thank you to Martine for going out of her way to make our last minute arrangements and two night stay more than we could have asked for. The former Rothschild home sits overlooking Grasse and has views to the Mediterranean. Stunning gardens, fish pond, outdoor eating and sitting areas, and a pool with an Italianate feel all enhance the warmth...

I spent two weeks in Grasse while studying at the perfumery school, and the Villa was my home. The garden is exceptional, the pool is always clean, and the grotto is too cool. My room was spacious and clean with great views to the sea from both windows. And, it's very quiet at night. But, it's Martine who makes the...

The hostess Martine is the sweetest, most attentive and hospitable person I have ever met! She opens her home and heart, and I felt very well taken care of. We were attending Perfume School, and we got to invite our class and teacher for dinner. Unforgettable! I warmly recommend this charming Villa!
