The most memorable stay of our lives... And we have been around the World. Outstanding in every way. Worth every penny. The view is breathtaking, the staff is enchanting, and the tasting dinner was superb. We will be back... Hopefully soon.

The Chateau Eza is a magical place given its birdseye view over the Meditaranean Sea. Not all rooms have amazing views, even if they are more expensive. The hotel charges more for larger rooms instead of for better views. Be sure you ask specifically for a room with an unobstructed view. We had a large lovely room with giant bathroom....

We stayed in a suite that was converted from having been previously a library. Amazing charm as the panelled walls created a real medieval feel. Amazing balcony overlooking Eze, Monaco and Nice. Great service, amazing staff. Will return on our next trip.

Excelent choice in the French Riviera. Èze is the town with the best views and Chateau Èza definitely benefits from its privileged position in the hills. It is a charming hotel, beautifully set in stone buildings and narrow passages. The simpler rooms can be somewhat small, but are comfortable and have great amenities. The staff makes you feel relaxed from...

I could wrap up this review with one word…Enchanting. I agree with the rave reviews from other critics for the most part. Resteraunt & coctails expensive, but expected. Bathrooms were new/clean, robes and slippers were higher quality. Nightly turn down, including tea and macarrons were an unexpected, but joyful delight. We were greeted by hospitable, professional staff attentive to our...

The Dinner Restaurant, Location and Rooms are excellent. The only disappointment was breakfast ... no space, no real choices, inadquate service.

Eze itself is a great place to visit. 20 minutes from Nice, 15 minutes from Monaco but seemingly feels like a world away. The medieval village is beautiful and - once the bus loads of tourists go home (which really is the only downside) there's something special about walking around the village at dusk and later. Chateau Eza is a...

I rate properties based on expectations - this is an expensive 5-star property. Many things were great, but overall the property did not deliver on 5-star expectations and cost. Overall: Great view and good food, but this place fell below expectations due to some shortcomings in service, room quality, and facilities. The good: * Outstanding view - this hotel commands...

Stayed in the Panoramique suite which turns out to be the room at the highest point. View of the Mediterranean Sea is spectacular... feels like you're all alone on a mountain top with no one around for miles. Well actually, the restaurant is just below, but if you're in the room looking out it's almost as if you're alone in...
