We enjoyed a great day and overnight stay, including dining at their restaurant which had some young, and very talented staff. It was very romantic, but because of the location and the amount of steps necessary, where comfortable shoes and make sure you are reasonably fit. However, it was a magical stay and we will be back!

This place has an amazing setting nestled amongst the cobbled streets of the village and perched right on the edge of the cliff giving stunning views of the coast line from the terrace and restaurant. The food was impeccable and service also extremely efficient and polite.

Celebrated my husband's birthday at this wonderful hotel. We loved every second of being there especially sitting on our balcony and enjoying the view. The staff was tremendous, so helpful and friendly! The valet was awesome getting our bags us so quickly. We really enjoyed our room service breakfast and dinner was fantastic.

I stayed in the Medieval suite, and it was absolutely gorgeous, mostly because of the view from the terrace. I was hoping for the fireplace to be lit and working as it was late September and chilly at night. The coffee machine left much to be desired, and I wish there were more tea options than chamomile (mint, black tea, anything else). Not being able to order room service from the restaurant menu was frustrating, especially with the restaurant being right next door. I could hear all the diners laughing and enjoying their meal, and I wish I could be one of them but you did not give any priority to guests of the hotel to make reservations. No one asked prior to arrival if we would like to have dinner at the restaurant, and no one said if we did not have prior reservations that we would be stuck with the room service menu or eating elsewhere. I ordered room service twice for dinner and once for a snack; both took 1 hour to arrive, even just a plate of charcuterie. This charcuterie and bread was the exact same selection they served for breakfast. Breakfast was average; the bread is fresh and coffee pots are tiny. We had breakfast on the terrace, which was lovely but the ham served attracts bees like crazy. Every morning we were swarmed with bees, which was awful enough but my husband is allergic to them and we felt helpless. The valet/bellmen are supermen who whisked our luggage away and were always quick to pull up the car when we needed it. They have great attitudes and were very helpful with directions. The rooms were clean, but the toilet always smelled odd. The bathrobes smelled like cigarettes. Turndown service was lovely, but nothing more than closing curtains and dropping off chamomile tea bags. At check-in and during our stay, I found the front desk to be unfriendly, cold, and uninterested in making our stay better. I didn’t want to complain about anything because I would rather not deal with them. At €1200 per night, I was expecting another level of service that they could not provide. I loved staying here, really just for the terrace. I will not be coming back.

A friendly welcome from the valet parking and at reception set the tone for the rest of the stay. The hotel blends in well with the rest of the beautiful hilltop village. The restaurant and bar staff were attentive and enthusiastic without the snootiness that can be experienced in establishments of similar quality. This made for an excellent and relaxing dinner. The rather quirky bedroom used to be the library of a former owner. The balcony had a spectacular view of the coast and Cap Ferrat with the Baie des Anges in the distance. A perfect place to start the day with room service breakfast. This was a short but very enjoyable experience.
