Spent the night there very recently during a road trip that ended in Cinque Terre. Service is exquisite, and so is the location. Enjoyed dinner and breakfast with some of the best views of my life. The suite was beautiful with a small balcony with sea views, but I was a bit annoyed with one of the showers not working and the coffee machine also had an issue (really, get a Nespresso machine). I would definitely not base a trip to Cote d'Azur in Èze, just spend the day (and night) as I did to enjoy the medieval town and great views. Impossible to park, do make use of the Hotel's parking services, they were life savers. I was nonetheless impressed with the lack of space between tables during dinner and did complain about that. I felt this lack of concern at all the french hotels I stayed at. I am not surprised at all with their covid-19 results. I cannot accept this, hence the 4, not the 5 stars rating. I understand legislation imposes 1 meter only (which is not safe, by the way, in closed spaces and without masks - and you take your mask off when eating), but not even that was being enforced. All and all, great Hotel, great views, amazing service, BUT stay safe and mind the overcrowded restaurant.

Professional and pleasant staff and amazing views. Concierge was super helpful. Dinner in main restaurant is exquisite! Car was ready and on time when needed. We had the royal suite and it was superb (the bath tub had a small issue that was later on fixed) Highly recommended.

We stayed here for the last few nights of our week on the French Riviera and couldn’t recommend it high enough. The staff were amazing the hotel was stunning and the food was incredible. To top it all off the views are breathtaking. The village itself is a beautiful retreat from the hectic streets of Nice/Cannes/Monaco and the chateau is the jewel at the top. The staff couldn’t do enough to help and make your stay a pleasant one. We will be back again! And thankyou!

Romantic getaway that is fabulous in absolutely every respect: the rooms, the views, the food, the service. The old town of Eze is interesting, but touristy. But a visit to the exotic gardens that overlook the rooftops of the village and the mediterranean makes this a top rated experience.
