A great hotel if you just want a place to sleep and don't need anything extra. Clean and simple. Very central location, bus to the airport stops right outside, as well as the train station. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Though the location is amazing especially if you want to be at a good distance from Palais De Festival. However, the rooms are so small you can have your hands on both sides of the wall, not spectacularly clean, the owner/manager of the hotel is extremely rude (please do trust me on this one) you are not allowed to have...

Small, cozy and convenient property located few steps from the main SNCF train station. I spend 4 days in October during the TFWA exhibition. Very close to the Palais, clean rooms with all basic needs. Very courteous reception and close to major shopping and eating outlets. Few minutes stroll to the beach. Amazing place to stay on a low budget

Clean hotel in good location- great value for money The hotel rooms are very dated as you would expect for a room of this price, however they were clean and the beds comfortable. Very near to a supermarket and 2 blocks from promenade des anglais. We would probably stay here again

A pretty basic hotel to stay in Cannes but with pretty good value considering the location. I only saw people at reception a couple of times over several days as they give you a code to let yourself in. Rooms were small but clean.

Centrally located three minutes away from the train station. Clean comfortable hotel in Cannes. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. Prices are reasonable. I really enjoyed staying there and I definitely recommend it

I booked this hotel hoping for cheap, clean and good location. Upon arrival to check in, I felt like I was entering a scene from the movie hostel. The entrance was small, dark, and dingy. I asked to see the room before I paid and the lady only told me it was good and I had to pay first before...

This is a really small hotel in center Cannes. It was clean but the old carpet, curtains and duvet is something that they need to remove asap, they are horrible. The bed is confortable. The aircon is really old and noisy. On the other hand you can sleep well as the área is really calm. Parking is really difficult unless...

This is a very traditional establishment, tall and thin with 5 floors and no lift. Rooms are pretty basic with little space and old fixtures and fittings. My shower cubicle was small, had broken doors and went hot and cold. That said they did try very hard to be friendly, with some English spoken. Rates were very good value, so...

If you're planning to travel along the coast this hotel is perfect. It's cheap, comfortable and not even one minute from the station (no worries, there is no disadvantages of it). It's also located close to the beach and to many stores, including groceries. I've made my booking directly and got free WiFi for all my devices. Internet works very...

“ask for a larger room, as they're often on the small side. Remember you will get free exercise walking up as there is no lift and five floors to choose from!”

“I had standard single room, as far as I know there is also economy where the view is on a wall. Mine was facing a nice but very narrow street so mostly what I saw was the wall of the building on the other side. However, I'd still chose standard, coz it had a little balcony and it was very nice to hear the sounds of the street (cafes, restaurant, people) when I opened the window - it gives the atmosphere :)”
