This hotel is fabulous, but the real asset is the staff. Special thanks to Emma, Rolf and the lady with the big smile who greets you at breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble. Can think of no negatives when reviewing Le Cavendish, but could write a book on the positives. Thanks for a wonderful second stay Paul and Anne

This hotel really ticks all the boxes. From a really warm & friendly arrival from Emma on reception. Through to a clean and comfortable room and finishing with an evening being extremely well looked after by Reider in the lounge. The free bar from 6pm to 9pm makes for an enjoyable relaxed evening. The walk down to the seafront only... More

Le Cavendish sits majestically on Boulevad Carnot Look up and note the beautiful turret on the approach to the boulevard baring the name Le Cavendish. This hotel is everything I expected. Very carefully and lovingly restored by the owners the hotel is reminiscence of a bygone era, with Carrara marble stairways and a quaint 1920's lift. Complimentary drinks are served... More

This is our second visit to Le Cavendish and it is still our favorite hotel in France… Excellent hospitality, great location, lovely breakfast, fluffy towels, comfortable beds, fridge with complimentary cold water, free bar 6 - 9pm - the list goes on. Why would we stay anywhere else???

My husband and I have just returned from a one week stay at this hotel. It had been recommended to us by a friend who had stayed there twice before. We were not disappointed as it is a lovely old hotel with lots of character. The antique lift makes it more charming and it's well serviced and reliable. The hotel... More

Loved this hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely. Bar from 6pm - 9pm with nibbles and drinks was excellent. Access to private beach was wonderful - spent almost three days there, including check out day. Loved that they had a shower available to use after the beach even though we'd checked out. Breakfast was delicious and they... More

Le Cavendish is a boutique hotel on a main entry road leading down the waterfront. If arriving by car you really have to use the Valet parking as there is only 2 spaces out the front when you check in. Our room was on the first floor and was okay although a bit on the small side. It had a... More

Just arrived back after a 4 night stay at this lovely little hotel. From check-in to check-out the service was 100% . Emma on reception gave us all the information we would need about the local area, public transport information, restaurant suggestions, Raouf is very attentive in the free bar in the evenings (he also makes the best pot of... Possibly best described as a small boutique hotel fairly close to the centre of Cannes. It is about an eight minute walk from the sea-front. The 210 Airport bus from Nice no longer stops outside the hotel and if using this service you need to go to the terminus at Hotel de Ville and walk back, but this is very... More

Just back from 9 nights in this wonderfully located and historic hotel, The staff were particularly helpful and welcoming especially Sylvie. Access to a private beach with complimentary towels and reserved sun loungers daily was a real bonus. The restaurant at the beach Le Geoland was excellent. Complimentary bar in the evening was a nice touch as was the complimentary... More
