Facing the Yachts old port, very close to La Croisette and its sand beaches, the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, the Casino, Rue d’Antibes, the shopping street, the new pedestrian area and its restaurants. 62 rooms and suites, equipped with free high-speed wifi, soundproofed and air-conditioned. Elegant and neat style combining respect for your privacy, comfort and modernity where you will be welcomed with an attentive and personalized service. Hypoallergenic bedding and daily supplied beach bags and towels. You will enjoy a panoramic and one of a kind view over the sea, the yachts old port, the bay of Cannes and the Lérins Islands, the gardens and the roofs of old town “Le Suquet”. You will enjoy an excellent breakfast buffet (22 €) or continental (18€) served in your room or on the sunny and flowery terrace. Nice-pets stay is free of charge (100 € deposit will be requested). Balconies are available on request with a 20 € supplement. The railway station, the Nice international airport shuttle terminal, the cruise terminal and the heliport are a 5-minute walk away. Staying in this Hotel was a perfect pick from our travel agency Contemporary Travel, Switzerland. The hotel is located in the middle of many restaurants, bars, shops etc. and is overlooking the harbour of Cannes. Everyone of the staff was more than helpful, understanding and being a great help b answering all our questions. We also slept very good and could enjoy a nice breakfest outside the breakfast room on the terrace. The only thing we did not like very much - the bathroom has no extra shower. Which means, that you have to take the shower in the bathtub by "climbing in and out". The older we get the more difficult this gets ....... To park the car, I recommend using the parking at PANTIERO. It is very close to the hotel and offers fair prices.

This hotel is in a great location overlooking the yacht harbour. The sea view rooms are lovely. The hotel serves breakfast and has a bar available in the evenings. The old town is within easy reach with many great restaurants. The staff are very helpful and will arrange a taxi if needed.

Having encountered is the most inhospitable reception, we have blacklisted this hotel from our company crew eligible stays. There are so many more welcome places to choose in this town and Splendid doesn’t deserve any business until there staff change attitude.

This is a nice hotel in the middle of all the action in Cannes, the room was old but constable and clean, their morning breakfast was super and the view was spectacular. At this moment outside of the back of the hotel, they are doing work to remodel the park in front of the hotel.

We stayed in a port view room for only one night, as we decided last minute to spend 3 nights rather than 2 in Cannes. It was a great, I wish we had stayed here the whole time. It is a classic, older hotel. Even though it's right on one of the main dining streets, there was minimal noise through the windows. Our terrace on the 2nd floor had a small table, chairs, and view of the port. The airconditioning worked extremely well. The room is small but reasonable, with bedside tables on both sides, and a chair. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and large, but the only thing slightly out of date with a shower/tub combo that could have been a little more modern. But overall, great. I prefer this end of Cannes for access to the Plage du Midi over Plage Croisette, also more restaurants are on this side of the center too. Free towel service for the beach. …

Very comfortable very traditional hotel in a great location. Beautiful building and fabulous views over the front and the marina. Excellent staff who could not have been more helpful. Good breakfast too. Loads of nice shops and restaurants nearby.

We were greeted with a very warm welcome by extremely friendly and efficient receptionists. This was the night before joining the Star Clipper for a seven day cruise. Our room was delightful with a balcony overlooking the harbour and being on the fifth floor it gave us wonderful views. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the buffet breakfast was perfect. The only downside was we only spent one night in this perfect hotel I honestly would have happily stayed for much longer. Hopefully one day we will return

I just checked out and this hotel is the best! I was in room 204, big, beautifully decorated room with ocean views, balcony with small breakfast table and soft bath robes. Best location, everything is near you, you get beach towels and a beach bag to enjoy the beach. The staff is very friendly, helpful. Definitely chose a room that faces the ocean.
