A perfect getaway that is centrally located. 10 min from La Croisette beach, nearby to the train station and all restaurants. There is an excellent supermarket two mins away. Very clean and inviting and friendly hospitable staff!
Hotel is small, clean, very good breakfast, comfortable bed, very close to the city center and to the beach /we hadC beach sunbeds included in the booking price/ even to the train station, only one negative is the noise from the highway and train.Carlos at the reception is super friendly!!!
I am still currently staying here with my husband. Worst experience we ever had! The room is a bit small but is clean and the hotel is nice.. Breakfast is ok. Staff is okay also ( Alexis was very kind and helpful) BUT there is this guy in reception named Carlos.. well Carlos thinks he is working as a secretary of Trump president. First of all he has this ironic arrogant attitude and he thinks he is a superior human being. We asked for two cappuccinos and not only he was very rude explaining something about the machine is broken but he started shouting on us and he was being ironic with a very bad attitude!!! NOT THE FIRST TIME... Actually Carlos didn’t realize that you pay to come to this hotel and there are so many options in Cannes! He didn’t also realize that he is working and this is his job!!!!!! The most important? He didn’t realize that you are on vacation and you wanna have a nice time. If we didn’t leave tomorrow i would definitely ask to leave this hotel. We talked to the manager and she and the receptionist never apologized, no one did actually and what’s bottom of line? Next year we are visiting Cannes again but NEVER AGAIN THIS HOTEL. I think this says it all!…
Exactly what you expect! Exactly as it appears in the picture! Clean structure, comfortable rooms and mostly friendly staff. The only negative note for the bathtub instead of the shower (if you really want to find a negativity)
Upon arrival we were most impressed with the small (28 rooms I think) hotel placed away from all the nonsense, but still only 600 metres from the sea front. The room was superbly appointed and the staff all most helpful and discreet. All in all a wonderful experience.
I stayed here for 3nights, It’s lovely. Clean rooms, very lovely staff. The experience was great. Value for money too. Close to the shops. 5 mins away from the train station, between 8-10 mins walk to la croisette.
It is a modern hotel in a perfect location for what I needed, clean and new-looking. The room was an adequate size and comfortable, and the members of staff were all very helpful. My only grouse is that there was no complementary bottle of water, there were very few of the usual items in the bathroom (you could ask Reception for any others you wanted) and at breakfast there was no extra cutlery on display, so additional cutlery had to be taken from another table if the sole waitress was out of sight. These are of course minor matters, but the impression they give is of a penny-pinching attitude, and this is not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel.
Arrived to find the hotel in an oasis of a garden and the room windows (we had a garden view) were well insulated against traffic sounds - never heard anything Spacious room, modern, clean Friendly staff Breakfast items on offer were all high quality Our room included a free mobile device with cell connectivity and data which made figuring out where we were on our walks simple About a 5 minute walk to the beach Would stay here again
Horrible service: Was received about midnight by such an unfriendly receptionist! Horrible Poor breakfast with cold scrambled eggs. chairs too near to each other Zero info on how things work in the room the only good thing: was a great lady on stage receptionist who was very passionate about what she does and wanted to extend to us her very best which was highly appreciated Housekeeping never finished cleaning the room before 5 pm
I stayed at this hotel last week ( paying 250 Euro a night ! on bed & breakfast ) and was terribly disappointed with my experience. In spite of committing a complimentary breakfast ( basic one at that !! ) in lieu of charging one nights retention, they still charged me 20 Euro for the breakfast on check-out.There was a grumpy senior gentleman ( staff ) taking the check-out at 4 am on the day of departure and I am not sure if he understood the issue at all !I travel to Cannes twice a year and this was my first & last stay at this hotel .My advice to them - Do not be cent-wise & Euro-foolish since this will cost you disproportionately in terms of business.
