We have visited the restaurant earlier, but this time we stayed one night at the hotel. It is very nice with very large rooms that have it own atmosphere. With the restaurant on the ground floor and the square just outside the window you are in the middle of the local environment.

We had quite a nice stay here. I loved the large room with antique furniture. The shower was a little to be desired and as there was no screen so it leaked a bit on the floor. The hotel advertised as having internet and we could see the wifi connections. This was important to us as we had important business... More

We stayed here for convenience after arriving late in Nice. The hotel is basic and cheap and you get what you pay for. The bed wasn't too comfortable and I couldn't get hot water in the sink. Parking was free but 200m away uphill which was an effort. Also no lift in the hotel. All in all it did the... More

Nice atmospheric place with great cafe/ restaurant on the street, and each room is unique. Mine had a great view from the balcony or the sunset and surrounding hills.Biot is also a recommended destinations to explore this unique and culturaly abundant town.

Quirky, and don't try to walk up the uneven steps when you have had too much wine, but fantastic food and wonderful ambience Clean and an all round fab experience. Watch for the rooms with the lavatory in the room, but it is so charming it really does't matter.

I'm happy to see that this charming hotel is still on the map. We were marrried in nearby Valbonne in 1995, and as I look to find places to stay on a possible return to this lovely area of the world for our 20th anniversary, it is heart-warming to see Les Arcades Hotel listed and appreciative comments posted. The place... More

This was not a hotel, it was an experience you never forget. The personal was very "personal", stihgt away from Victor Hugo´s novels. The rooms were "never-seen"-type, anything was "just rihgt", but what a remarkalble experience. On the bottom there is a art gallery, where we can see masters of pictures - originaly. A hidden pearl! If you seek for... More

Really interesting town, difficult to park and impossible to reach hotel by car but once there we'll worth it. Top terrace from bedroom with fantastic views but bedroom very basic but quite acceptable for short stay. Ensuite? Well it did follow on , behind a curtain !! Ate outside at a table in the street , great atmosphere, food good... More

Westayed in this old, charming, family run hotel for a week. i enjoyed the higgledy-piggledy hallways and the great view of the mountains from our balcony (we stayed on the top floor). The bathroom set up is not going to be for everybody, but I thought it was quite funny and didn't mind it at all. I have peeked into... More

We stayed here for one romantic night, that was the aim. The room surely was, with a fourposter bed and period furnishings. We had room nr. 12, with the yellow bed in the pics. The shower and toilet are open, so not for new couples. Clean it wasn't and the service very very slow. They prefer to chat to their... More
