I might actually have given this hotel 2 stars but am so shocked that its rating is 7,4 that I believe this rating should go down. I was appalled at how dirty the room I stayed in was--it was more like staying at an old aunt's house than a hotel (an old aunt that never does housework)--the furniture was old,...

arriving at the right number in the street you don't want to enter to go and check out the hotel because you can't imagine what you will find entering the covered entrance: a beautifull courtyard there is friendly staff - god secured parking - nearby the centre of Avignon - breakfast is ok - we had a room for 4...

We chose this hotel as it had secure parking which is difficult I've Avignon. Previous reviewers have described its location which we found fine. It's a 200 year old building right next to the railway line. We kept the windows shut and heard nothing all night. The air con was excellent. The room and bathroom were on the small side...

My fiancé (British) and I (American) stayed here whilst road tripping through Provence looking at potential wedding venues. We booked it last-minute and when we arrived we admit it looked unassuming at first. However we were greeted by the most pleasant family, Frédéric and his parents :) They were very sweet, were very helpful and very charming/funny! The rooms were...

Overall a very nice place. Stayed here for 7 nights for a work trip. I had a room for 2 people and it was very large. However my coworkers had single rooms and they were very very small. Breakfast was very good but small. Location is just outside the city walls and the walk under the tunnel is fine. Some...

Thank you for your kind review! As you stated, there is no danger at all in using the 100m long tunnel under the railroad. Thanks for saying that explicitly, it's just an underpass, which has nothing to do with horror movies or danger in general. :) We are happy that you spent a good time in Avignon and we hope...

We booked this hotel but didn't stay. You need to walk under the trains away room the city to find it and the neighborhood looks sketchy, made us uncomfortable since we're traveling with children. Then the room they showed us had bars on the windows and the halls smelled. The whole thing made us really uncomfortable So we left and...

This is a website conceived to express people's own opinion about experiences in restaurants, hotel, POI, etc. Since you didn't stay in our hotel, I don't see any reason why you should have the right to post a comment which cannot be related to a hotel stay at all. David / AHM

We stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is just outside the city walls (less than 5 minutes), near the train and bus station. Be forewarned, you need to walk through a scary/sketchy tunnel to get to the hotel. Its perfectly safe, but can be frightening/intimidating at first. We had a double room, which had ample space, nice closet, good...

I spent three nights with my wife in this hotel. Nice location, out of, but very close to the ancient walls of Avignon. It is just bejond the railway station, but the noise by trains is usually acceptable (specially with the windows kept closed). The internal parking (free) is really useful. People of the staff are extremely kind, speak a...

The room was quite generous, but the shower in our room was very small. Once inside, off the road felt like being in a small country cottage especially when eating breakfast in the garden area.
