Positives: Good location, clean room, strong wifi Negatives: It was strange that there was no receptionist to greet us and acquaint us with the facilities (we didn't know there was a laundry room until I read other reviews, so I was not able to use it during my stay). We checked in through an automated system, which we weren''t aware...

Difficult one this. It's a great location, it's not expensive, it's clean. But all the advantages are negated by having no air-conditioning, which means in July, you wake up sweating, go to bed sweating and the hours in between the room is too hot to spend more than ten minutes in. There is a fan which moves the hot air...

It is in fact (as some other reviewer stated already) a student accomodation. It therefore offers fully furnished apartments incl. free Wi-Fi. My room was clean on arrival with no sign of room service anyway (it's a bit unclear from their description, whether this was to be expected). The bed is - typical for France - rather soft and maybe...

Clean and comfortable, located within walking distance of main train station, restaurants, shopping, and all the historical sites of Avignon. Very basic-not luxury but great WIFI, working kitchen. Super value. We stayed four nights. Saturday, lots of noise from people having fun. All mornings, lots of street cleaning. But there are several fans supplied, great white noise.

We cancelled our stay here as soon as we arrived. The hallway smelt of urine which we could also smell from the apartment and the door was badly repaired from what looked like it had been broken into. The apartment was shabby, with little or no "creature comforts." It was not as represented on Booking.com and we complained to them....

These are essentially student flats so incredibly noisy. Lots of noise from inside the building when people came home in the early hours and constant banging of a gate outside plus traffic/shop noise etc due to its central location.. Shower was broken - reported it but they already knew it was broken and it wasn't fixed in the 7 days...

In a fantastic location. Our room was comfortable but lacked atmosphere. Although there was sufficient wardrobe space there were no coat hangers. The rooms were hot even in October although there were two fans. Because our window overlooked a roofed in area we had a disappointing outlook and it meant it was not safe to leave the window open at...

What you get - Studio apartment with bedroom, living room with dining area and kitchenette, bathroom with standing shower. Looks like a modern studio apartment taken right out of Ikea's showroom... simple and nice yet fully functional :) Oh yes, they provide good-looking shampoo and shower foam too, way better than what I expected! We liked the apt so much...

Stayed here on a recent holiday trip to Avignon, and found the apartments had an excellent location and were very good value for money. The person we dealt with in reception was lovely, and showed us around the whole building before showing us to our room. Apartment was a good size, with well equipped kitchenette. Situated on a main road...

Stayed in an apartment run by "suitetudes" and very glad that we did. Far better than paying over the odds to stay in a hotel and then find that every morning you are off out for a croissant and a coffee in a local cafe or eating out at one the many restaurants in the evening, Have a main living...
