Situated next to Place de l’Horloge, you can’t stay in a better place when visiting Avignon. The hotel is very well maintained and is run by fantastic staff. Professional, kind and interested in you. Our room was one of few with a little roof terrace (including a cold water shower!) with a nice view over the roof tops. Room was of normal French size (i.e. small), but well equipped and cozy. Bathroom was very quirky and despite being rather large lacked place for toiletries. Very nice shower. Breakfast was really good and great care was taken to keep guests safe. Recommended!

A bit basic and very dated for a 4-star hotel. Not exactly what I expected but quite adequate. The room was at odd angles (Nearly walked into the closet instead of the toilet more than once) It was clean. Nice amenities. Quite noisy as I could hear my neighbour’s snoring. Due to the good location you also have street noise until late. When booking ensure the room you have in mind / pictured is what you get.

You couldn’t ask for a better hotel, especially when either visiting or doing a staycation. Superb rooms. Great service. Unmatched location. I would highly recommend the hotel for anyone either English speakers or non-English speakers.

We spent 5 nights at this hotel and couldn't be happier. The location is perfect. Located on the main square in Avignon, you are in the centre of the Old City. Nothing is more than a 10-15 minute walk. The buffet breakfast was very satisfying. Our room was large but not very bright. At check out we mentioned to the front desk staff that an additional lamp would be a good idea and they asked where it would best be placed. The room was quite and had windows that opened. Nice to get fresh air in the room. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I really liked this place. I was centrally located, and staff was very friendly. I also liked the fact that they had rooms with a little patio available, it was nice to have a private outdoor space. Overall amenities were very nice, and the bathroom was stocked up with very nice toiletries. Location was perfect, very close proximity to most attractions. I highly recommend this place.
