We were passing by Avignon and we took the chance to book this place online because of its favorable location and the convenient price. We did not expect a fantastic experience but cleanliness and a reasonable welcome. We didn't get the first and only part of the second. The rooms were pretty old and "abused" while the lady at the... Good hotel but in need of an updating.very old fashioned in ways, quite 1980's in taste.breakfast was okay, staff were pleasant and helpful.wifi was good and it's well situated.needs a painting and tidying up,a few defects but nothing serious.

Cheap and good solution to visit the city. The hotel is situated close to the center, but not in a really nice area. In 15 mins walking you can reach the main attractions. The rooms are simple and the bed small (like everywhere in France), but the overall experience was ok. Really nice the possibility to leave the car in... More

At first the room seems small, but it doesn't have anything wrong, good shower, bed, closet. staff also good. Wifi spotty, but good in lobby. The hotel is either quaint or old depending on what you want to pay for.

Only stayed here for one night passing through Avignon. The hotel is in a great location and is a beautiful old building which could really have the 'wow' factor if it had a makeover. Our ground floor bedroom was very 'tired' with only a hand shower and no fitting to hang the shower head over the bath tub. The bidet... More

Stayed here for a week, and enjoyed it. People sometimes expect the earth, but if you go with the flow you'll enjoy the experience. Yes, the room we had was a little smaller than expected, no, we couldn't get Wi-Fi in the room, but ten yards away, in reception, we could. Someone commented that breakfast was expensive at 9 Euros,... More

I went to this hotel for the weekend with a large group for an excursion put together by my study abroad program. We did not personally select the hotel but it was a pleasant surprise to stay here. It was not the nicest hotel I have stayed in but it was most definitely not the worst. The rooms were small... More

Nice enough location. Quiet. Not far from station. Can walk into town centre along back streets. As others say, helpful staff, (although as usual in France some with very dismissive attitude to Coeliac disease which they don't all take seriously) comfortable but a little tired. Nice not to have the sound of machinery going at night like some places but... More

We were so well looked after by the lovely people at this hotel. We had a comfortable room, with a big bed and a nice bath. Breakfast was very generous, with fresh coffee and croissants, plus a buffet of fruit, yoghurts, bread and more. We loved staying here, and would definitely do so again if we find ourselves in Avignon... More
