This is a wonderful hotel in Avignon. The staff at the desk are excellent and the rooms are beautiful. The bathroom is stocked with amenities! An important feature is that they have valet parking - a must for Avignon.

This hotel ticked all the boxes. Great location, gorgeously appointed, wonderful staff and the best restaurant in Avignon. Young chef and local boy Mathieu Desmarest is a star who stands out from the other more high profile chefs in the region. The best meal of our trip. We just didn't want to leave. They even had a glorious display of...

I'm giving HE 5 stars because of the great experience we had there. For a start we were upgraded to a awesome room. The lift talks to you in a sexy French accent. I am fascinated by napoleon. The hotel has an great attitude that we do not boast of our history, but this place has seen so much. Everything...

This hotel is a classic. The service was impeccable as was the room. As I stayed here you feel the history as you walked the hotel. The room was well equipped with minibar and flat screen tv. The only complaint I have is this hotel has either a/c or heat but not both at the same time. So since it...

Not to miss visiting Southern France. Top-of-the-line all the way. If you don't mind lot of cream with your meal, be sure to dine in the first floor restaurant. Close to all major sites including the palace of the Popes

I chose a superior twin which turned out to be very small and you could not control the hvac so we left the window open , big mistake there was a room on the other side of the court yard that at 2:30 a.m. needed to have 8 people out side smoking on the terrace and talking loud so I...

Hotel d'Europe gives you a touch of rural France once you step into their door. The décor gives you a nostalgic feeling. It is a little bit away from the city centre but I prefer the location to be quiet and relaxing. We hope to be back again in the future

We had a standard room and it was large enough to be comfortable for 5 days. Not exactly a suite, but the bathroom, toilette & closet were along a hallway outside the bedroom, so it was sufficiently roomy. However, because the shutters were closed from the outside and couldn't be opened, it was very dark in the room. The hotel...

It has all the olde world charm and comfort, and is centrally located v close to Place de L' Horloge. The breakfast is definitely not worth the price. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable.
