The GPS directions on the website were spot-on. The room was reasonably clean. The restaurant was not too bad. I had a few meals there because it was convenient; a little pricey, but paying for the convenience is reasonable. The best part was the front desk clerk, Virginia, who also doubled as the waitress. stayed for 6 nights, room very good, good breakfast and evening meals available. Outdoor pool was still open in mid Oct. Free and secure parking which was a big saving, given typical parking costs. A number 3 bus service every 15 mins ran into center of Avignon for 1.40 Euro, which made going into centre Avignon very easy and convenient....

The hotel was average but the staff were very helpful. The big problem was all the mosquitos. There were loads near and in the entrance area and we had to kill four that somehow managed to get in our room. Would not stay there again. Also, as will all IBIS. They have a breakfast for €10. Unless you are desperate...
