This Hotel is in an old building. Access easy from the freeway. However the area it's located is not very nice. You can argue that a lot of stuff in Arles looks old and beat up. It is a stone trow from city center and amphitheater. Parking can be a problem. The place has good security. Inside it looks nice...

Very lovely and knowledgable owner. Clean and well kept, beautiful set up. Great beds. Very warm welcoming. Provided excellent services, information and support. Breakfast is good and plenty. Location is central and everything in walking distance to explore. Would always come again.

This place is beautiful and has a very good position. The lady at the reception was very nice, helpful and welcoming. She even organized our travel to the airport. Our stay in Arles was lovely. The only negative things: Wifi connection didn't really work most of the time, there is no elevator, and the bed was uncomfortable for me since...

Stayed with my daughter for 9 nights visiting the area. Room was a walk up such as much of France. Patrick and his wife provided a nice breakfast. Room was clean, air conditioning was quiet and effective. For the price and location I recommend this hotel on it's own rights. Parking was close by and free. Farmers market happens on...

The positive area is the kindness of the staff there and the oposite is the very simple, normal cleanniness and the complicated ambiance in the area where is located. We went to the public parking behing the hotel and when we saw the "ambiance" there, we literally run away ! . But we had a great help from the staff...

Nice, quiet, little hotel in a good location. Very clean, comfortable, and charming decor. Air conditioning a big plus. Pleasant and very helpful owners. Overall an excellent choice in Arles and I would definitely book this hotel again.

This was a great hotel to stay at in Arles. Patrick and his wife, the owners, were very welcoming towards us and took the time to explain all of the main attractions in the area while offering us refreshments as soon as we arrived. He was kind enough to do our laundry and offer us a ride to the train...

I had no idea what this hotel was going to be like when I booked it. A note to North American travelers: star ratings are based on amenities in Europe, NOT quality, but the quality in this hotel was fabulous! The Constantin is rated as a two star but it deserves 4 or 5 stars in my books. I am...

This is an inexpensive but cosy little place to stay at in Arles. The rooms are small but clean and nicely decorated, and it's a 5 minute walk to the centre of the city. Carole is an excellent hostess, she will explain and suggest important sites to visit. A good choice.

“How often do you arrive at a hotel and find the owner at the entrance helping you park? How often do you enter a hotel and find the owner's spouse offering drinks and spreading out a map of the city showing location of sites to visit? This charming hotel with nearby public parking is located right at the entrance to the city eliminating the need to maneuver narrow streets. The tourist attractions are located a few minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast is well worth the minimal extra expense. We are so glad we chose this hotel.”
