This is actually a letter I wrote to Accor...Dear Sir We have been using Accor hotels, primarily Ibis, for over twenty years. We travel in , mainly France, for two months every year. Today we stayed in Arles. The hotel is your average Ibis fare, in need of refurbishment but a friendly greeting from reception, a comfortable bed and plenty... More

Hotel is fine if you just need an overnight stay. Rooms are basic but clean and beds are comfortable......but small! don't come here with big bags as there is little room to put them in your room. Have been in a couple of different rooms but both were same size...........small. Menu is again basic, but food and service was good.... More

Having stayed in many Ibis hotels we know what we are going to get and this was no exception to the rule. The normal good value for money, clean comfortable room with air-conditioning, perfectly adequate bathroom and polite and friendly staff. A bonus was the outdoor swimming pool which we gladly took advantage of. Being on the outskirts of Arles... More

We were needing somewhere to stop after a long, hot journey on our motorcycle. We were made aware that the Hotel was still undergoing refurbishment but didn't expect to find ceilings down and mattresses stacked up in corridors. Although we were given a reduced rate for the room, it was still rather expensive at €60 without breakfast.

We have enjoyed our visit to your hotel and we have appreciated its proximity to the Museum of Arles antiques, that has remarkable elements the roman times of Arles. The diner we had at the hotel was appreciated by the quality of the food.

On our way to Spain we got tired in Arles and unfortunately we stopped at Ibis Arles! We were a bit late but they promised that we could eat and we got a entrecôte and a merluza. The entrecôte didn't have any taste and it was like eating chewing cum, but the merluza was much worse as it was still... More
