Mia Casa is a charming place to stay with many things to recommend it. It is literally a 1 minute walk from the Rhone River - broad and beautiful. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and a lovely street that even Rick Steves mentions. Mia Casa is very well located to most of the places of interest in Arles - Roman sites, museums, the market and more. Delphine is charming and helpful and full of enthusiasm for her city. She was extremely helpful in my choosing what to do. Do not hesitate to stay at Mia Casa.

For the 9th year in a row we have again stayed at Mia Casa. Why? Because it is utterly charming! Each room is individually decorated with great care and necessary amenities. The rooms are spacious, colourful and clean. We have stayed there the last 9 years for the opening week of Rencontres de la photographie d`Arles and can not recommend it enough! It is placed in a quiet street by the river, yet within walking distance for everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful and for us it becomes home from home during that very busy week. Allways an enjoyable stay! We`ll be back again- next year!

I had the GREATEST pleasure of staying again at Delphine's truly LOVELY Mia Casa for 10 days in September. This was my eighth stay at Mia Casa and I was totally excited to come back. I feel as if Mia Casa is my home away from home in Arles. One of the big reasons I love to come back to Mia Casa is due to the very charming and very kind owner, Delphine, who has always made me feel so at home. I have never felt more welcomed by anyone while traveling than I have by Delphine. This stay was even more special as Delphine was kind to introduce me to her longtime friends who were also visiting at the time. It was grande to meet them and share a lovely dinner with. Mia Casa is located on the prettiest street in all of Arles and has won awards because of its beauty. At the end of the street is the lovely Rhone River which you can see from out of your room window. Every single night I hung my head out of the window just to see the beautiful street and the Rhone. I have visited a quite a few towns in the Provence area; but none are as lovely at Arles. It is centrally located and has a convenient train station and a great bus system. Mia Casa is a 15 minute or so walk to the train station. Arles is a very romantic town to walk in especially in the evenings and see the incredible, world famous Roman sites and sunset over the Rhone. At Mia Casa, I stayed in the enchanting Van Gogh room. It is heavenly! Being an artist herself, Delphine has decorated all of the guest rooms in wonderful style. I particularly love the Van Gogh room due to all the vivid colors, how she has decorated the lovely bed, and everything about it!! The minute I opened the door and saw the room, I was so excited. It is truly lovely. What is also especially great about Mia Casa is that the rooms are equipt with cooking utensils, microwave, very nice size frig, pots and pans, everything you need if you want to eat some meals in your room or have something nice and cold to drink after a day of sightseeing. I felt extremely safe at Mia Casa. There is a key pad to enter the house and then your room has a separate lock. Truly, one of the biggest parts of having such a wonderful time in Provence is without a doubt staying at Mia Casa. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else and surely hope I can return again next year. Delphine and Mia Casa have as much true charm and beauty as the Provence region itself. Enjoy your visit at Mia Casa!!!

Great small chambre d'hote, right in the middle of Arles. Delphine, a delight and full of information. Breakfast had the best coffee we have had since we have been in the town. Our Rooms had mini kitchen so we could make tea and full of brocante pieces and each very distinctive. Bathrooms tired but plenty of hot water and our room was huge and airy. Highly recommend if you like quirky rather than contemporary, as we do!

My second visit to Mia Casa, and the first time for my grandson, aged 12, to be on holiday abroad with his grandmother! Safe and very comfortable at Delphines, who was so helpful and full of ideas for fun things. Arles a great place for him in the summer, small, intimate, lots going on, and the Camargue at hand. The traditional Camarguaises Courses at the Arena his most exciting thing. Thank you, Delphine, for all your help.

I had the GREAT pleasure of staying again at Delphine's lovely, lovely Mia Casa for a week during the end of June while visiting Arles and Provence. This was my seventh stay at Mia Casa and I was SO thrilled to be able to come back. The hospitality and genuine warmth given to me by Delphine and her lovely family I will always treasure. I've traveled quite a bit in Europe and have never felt more welcomed than I have at Mia Casa. It is the perfect place to stay while visiting Provence. Delphine is so very kind, friendly and fun, and so helpful and accommodating and goes out of her way to make sure your needs are taken care of so well. I was sick when I arrived to Arles and Delphine quickly gave me the name of a good physician just around the corner that took care of my ills. I still say that Mia Casa is located on the most gorgeous street in Arles, no doubt. It's only half a minute to the end of the street where you can walk along the Rhone River which is very relaxing and beautiful for an evening stroll. I stayed in the truly enchanting Van Gogh room. Delphine has decorated each room in splendid style, colors and theme. She herself is an artist and her talent shines through in each room. What is especially nice is that the rooms are all equipped with nice size refrigerators, microwave and cooking capability, pots, pans, dishes, utensils so it is great if you chose to eat in. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and so very comfortable. Being located in lovely Arles is a huge plus as Arles is centrally located in the Provence region and itself is full of history and culture, markets and great shopping. It is also a very romantic town especially in the evenings when walking by the ancient Roman sites and the Rhone. Mia Casa is a 15 or so minute pleasant walk to the train/bus station which is very convenient if you don't have a car. I felt very safe during my stay as there is a keypad entrance to the house besides the room key. A great part of having such a wonderful week in Provence last June and in prior years was due to staying at Mia Casa. I can't imagine staying anywhere else while visiting the area and hope to return. Do yourself a big, big favor and stay at Delphine's lovely Mia Casa and have a great time exploring Provence!!

We've stayed at Mia Casa 5 or so times over the past several years, and keep coming back. The only time we stay elsewhere in Arles is when Delphine is already booked full. All the rooms are lovely (we've stayed in 3 of them), nice to have kitchen facilities. Delphine is a welcoming and knowledgeable host, and the location is perfect: steps away from the river, in a quiet, traditional neighborhood, yet close to everything you want/need - restaurants, shops, cafés, boulangeries. In short, our home away from home in Arles...highly recommended!

I spent a week this September as a solo traveller staying at Mia Casa. The house is charming, with many artistic touches. It was especially useful to have a private entrance, and a small mini kitchen in my large, airy bedroom. The Roquette district is interesting in itself, and only a ten minute walk from the arena. Delphine could not have been more helpful and so well informed about what was going on in Arles, and what you, as an individual, might be particularly interested in. A great stay, I'm already planning next time!

I had a lovely and very relaxing 2 week stay at Mia Casa B & B in Arles. My rooms were large, very atmospheric and well appointed including a beautiful bathroom with double sinks and mediterranean style shower. The kitchen was very well appointed and artistically furnished. The bedroom was quite luxurious including a large bed, divan, writing table and chair, as well as a large comfortable sitting chair. The lighting was well thought out throughout the suite from both an aesthetic and practical point of view. I appreciate the additional room with day bed when my daughter came to visit. Delphine was the perfect host - very attentive to any requests yet sensitive to one's privacy. I appreciated the option of having breakfast delivered to my room in the morning at a time which was convenient to me. I would highly recommend Mia Casa B & B to anyone visiting Arles and especially to those of an artistic persuasion!

Let's be honest, booking places online can be a crap shoot. That said, the photos and description on the Mia Casa website didn't do it justice. Mia Casa is an elegantly simple B&B, decorated with artful flares that are tasteful and never intrusive. My wife and I spent 3 nights at Mia Casa and it proved to be a wonderful base to explore the antiquities and artistry of Arles. Delphine was a terrific host, getting us oriented to Arles, explaining where to park (once we had rented a car), providing tips on things to do while we were there and providing us with a room upgrade at no extra cost. We stayed in the Zest Room, complete with a basic kitchenette which allowed us to prep meals in an effort to save a little money and to cook our beloved eggs for breakfast! The B&B is located on a pleasant, clean, mostly quiet street that lies just a block or so from the banks of the Rhone. We arrived by train and were able to walk to Mia Casa in about 20 minutes by following the promenade along the Rhone. Everything in the old city is within close walking distance, so Mia Casa's location made it easy to reach everything we wanted to see, yet we still felt like we were staying in a local neighborhood rather than a tourist district. The bathroom, like the rest of the apartment, was very clean and had modern updates. The only downside were neighbors across the street who talked into the wee hours on a Saturday night. It was warm out and with the windows open, it made it difficult to sleep. However, Delphine had provided a great fan which helped to shut out the neighbors' philosophic ramblings! Overall, we enjoyed our time at Mia Casa and would stay there again without question.
