La Maison d’Aix takes the stage as one of the Provence’s most prestigious travel addresses. I deally located in the historic « quartier Mazarin » area, a short walk from the Cours Mirabeau, La Maison d'Aix is an exceptional place, with 3 luxurious rooms and a private suite. « Le Corset », « La Chambre d'Henriette », « Love »... Each room is fully dedicated to the comfort of the body and the mind, while enjoying the latest technologies.

No room service With only 5 rooms, high prices and excellent reviews we expected great service, we thought of doing room service to dine in the room but that had been impossible, there was not even a concierge during the night but only one phone number with no one to pick up, we wanted to leave this place faster but no refund offered

Thank you La Maison d'Aix for an incredible stay. Everything was top quality from the luxurious towels and high end toiletries, to the super comfortable bed and pillows to the stunning decor. Our room was spotless and had very powerful A/C. The classy breakfast served every morning with such beautiful china and the freshest, most delicious food was another highlight. I loved how we could help ourselves to complimentary fresh fruit and treats throughout the day..this was most appreciated after returning from a day of touring. The location was fantastic in a safe, elegant neighbourhood, walking distance to everything. I could not have chosen a more perfect, romantic place to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. What a memorable experience!

We had five nights and found it perfect for our needs.Huge comfy bed, great central location, very friendly and helpful staff. Coffee machine in the room. Breakfast was served in a small ,bright dining room and there was a good selection of typical continental breakfast items and served with a smile. Would stay again with next wife.

We were looking forward to this romantic stay that quickly became more of a nightmare. We should have known when we were initially greeted with "well there is good news and there is bad news". And then the onsite host, proceeded to explain that we were assigned the honeymoon suite but it was up THREE long flights of stairs. Yes, a long hot stairwell for a 65 year old couple to climb and descend daily for anything and everything we needed outside of our room which did not even have a refrigerator. There was NO room-service and certainly NO VIP Concierge. The room was lovely but without a fridge, we could not even keep a bottle of water, juice, soda, wine or champagne cold unless we left it three flights down in the central kitchen. The worst happened when we discovered we could not open the room safe that held our money , car keys, credit cards and passports - the manager on duty could not open it even with his special key nor with anyone else's assistance and we lost most of the day to doing nothing until finally someone was able to break open the safe and access our things in the afternoon. So no money, no credit cards meant no way to eat, shop, or tour in our car, etc. Gone was the opportunity to drive off for the day to Arles.. Though we called the owner twice, nobody bothered to pick up the phone. A month later we are still waiting for an apology as well as an offer for some sort of refund. This was not the experience we were sold and the lack of attention and though there is more I could say, I think I have said enough.

We had a perfect stay at this tiny boutique hotel particulier in the heart of the Mazarin area of Aix. It is tiny - only 4 rooms - but our room was enormous, with a cozy king bed, and view of the garden. It was very quiet. Breakfast was prepared daily by the lovely staff. Location couldn’t be better, only a 3 min walk to Cours Mirabeau. Parking is off property but only a 5 min away. We arrived at 11pm and the proprietor was there to greet us warmly and even checked in with us the day prior via WhatsApp to confirm our arrival. The staff were exceptionally sweet. I can’t wait to stay here again!

Awesome place with a great decoration and a beautiful architecture. Only 4 bedrooms with different atmosphere. Very comfortable. Jacuzzi and steam room in the basement. The concierge is very kind and very helpful. The location is perfect for going for a walk in the old town. We loved the time spent there. Ideal for couple and romantic escapade.

Im an avid traveler and I must say that I will always remember my wonderful experience at La Maison d'Aix. Beautifully designed and so very clean. Antoine was such an amazing help, very interesting conversations and super informative and pleasant. He even left us some surprise, sweet treats outside our door! The breakfast was splendid and the spa was very relaxing. I will 100% be coming back and staying here. The search stops here, definitely the best place to stay in Aix-en-Provence.

We have recently returned from a holiday to Provence where we stayed at the incredible Maison d'Aix. We've been to Aix a few times but this was our first time staying at the Maison and we will now never stay anywhere else but the Maison again. The 4 room boutique hotel provides the ideal escape - complete privacy in a small hotel, gorgeous design of the rooms and communal areas, and five star service. Antoine was a superb host and his recommendations for restaurants (and the best table that he booked) and sourcing a driver for a trip to the Luberon (who we used throughout our time there) were hugely appreciated. Here's the best recommendation we can give: we cancelled our last night in another chateau nearby to return to the Maison d'Aix for the final night of our trip. Thank you to everyone at the Maison!

La Maison is the perfect introducton to Aix-en-Provence. Perfectly located just a couple blocks from the historic city center filled with great shopping, restaurants and cafés. The hotel is very charming and personal. Don't expect your typical hotel, expect instead a very home experience stay. It's very historic and comfortable and you'll feel like a local staying there. It has an underground spa which is quirte cozy and romantic. Fresh flowers are everywere. The greatest asset is the concierge/Manager, Antoine. He was quite welcoming and attentive and a wealth of information about the property's history and the local dining, shopping, entertainment. The rooms have a minimal look and feel but have just the right touch and anything missing, Antoine was able to provide. He was so amazingly gracious and helpful! WIll definitley stay there again the next time I visit Aix!

It is a small hotel with only 4 rooms which are rather well decorated apartments, in the evening we went out to dinner, both on our departure and on our return there was no staff in the reception to welcome us, during the night we we heard noise and we felt insecure all night,
