A wonderful small hotel on the quayside of the port next to the towers. Welcoming atmosphere created by the thoughtful, impressive decor and the friendly, efficient and cheerful staff. The room was a bit small for it's classification which was more of a surprise than an issue as it was large enough for our needs and very nice indeed; clean,...

From Day 1 (of five spent there) the reception staff were superb. So helpful, so professional and so pleasant. They recommended places for evening meals and on my first night phoned ahead to book a table for me at a renowned fish restaurant. I was truly surprised (disappointed even)to see the hotel had no evening dining arrangements itself. Ok, it...

We liked this hotel because we could easily walk to all of the sites, the harbor, the restaurants and shops. The hotel also has a garage which is rare and yet so helpful when touring . The staff is very helpful and very pleasant. Breakfast is great with a plentiful buffet. The rooms are not huge, but the one we...

Firstly take note. When you book the hotel will email you with directions. Use them, because there are car restrictions on roads in the town which will throw your sat nav trying to find the hotel. The hotel has a few parking spaces above ground. They have an under ground car par, but entry is narrow. We have a Mazda...

Only breakfast is catered for, although it is possible to have beverages of all kinds and meat and cheese platters to be taken casualy...

In a fantastic location only a short stroll from the old port, we were put in a beautiful room in the newest part of the hotel. When we arrived we said that we might want to stay an extra night, and the very beautiful lady who greeted us sorted everything out for us with great charm. Car parking is secure....

This hotel is very convenient that is the big plus! The hotel decor is so eclectic- you can't describe it! Plastic - gauche - unbelievable really! There was a distinct musty odor in the rooms. How does a commercial establishment put carpet tiles in the bathroom- in front of the toilet? Yes, it is close to everything but I would...

Great location close to the historic old town and harbour front with its busy restaurants but still very quiet. Our Comfort Room was exactly that although quite tight on space. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was very relaxed. The decor was very quirky with lots of interesting pieces of arts and the overall feel was...
