The staff were all very polite and welcoming. We stayed 2 nights and the room was comfortable with air conditioning too. In terms of getting to the train station or airport it is not the most convenient place to stay. We didn't have a chance to try out most of the facilities but for a longer stay it would be a lovely spot, in a quiet area.
I have been in this hotel for a long period of time and I can say only the best things about it. The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect, the staff is great and the food in the restaurant is delicious. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. I really enjoyed it.
Holiday to visit childhood holiday destinations. More recently visited Nantes for work but, always wanted to see more of the city. Took opportunity to see Les Machines de L'ile - excellent and very good for young children (even if the child is you but, fifty years ago)
Tired, dirty, poorly maintained property. The air conditioning didn’t work throughout and the WIFI was horrible. I was shocked at the condition of the property, especially considering how expensive it was.
Beautiful historical hotel located within walking distance of so many places to see and visit. We visited on May 25 and lost my rental car keys. Julien and Malaurie jumped into action doing everything in their power to help us find the missing keys. The Radisson Blu has set the bar on customer service by the actions of these two employees but the entire staff was amazing. If you’re heading to Nantes, which we highly recommend you stay at Radisson Blu Hotel - 6 Place Aristide Briand. Say hi to Julien and Malaurie if you run into them. They will ensure you are 100% satisfied with your visit to their hotel.
Our experience was that the staff on reception were warm, friendly and very accommodating. They were professional and the standard of customer service shown was excellent. The hotel is centrally located and the rooms are uniquely designed and spacious. The breakfast was lovely and just what was needed to start the day.

It was a great stay in your Nantes hotel ( room 260, Menetrier Eric )but for a 4 stars and related prices some improvement points to be mentionned and improved We wait around 10 MN to have two ordered champagne cups ….( reactivity ? customer service ?) In our room , the furnitures were with luggages scratches ( to be repaired) Small Water leakage in the bathroom In the shower a plastic part fall down twice ( for 2 showers) Impossible to refresh the indoor air ( fully closed windows , put some secured stop to permit a small opnening )
Everything was very nice and good except for the shower which was just extremely poor. There was absolutely no water pressure, which for a hotel with such grandeur is simply shameful and unacceptable.
Arrived to find the restaurant closed in spite of being costantly emailed to tell me try the resaturant which was open. This is a cold, souless, unfriendly establishment. The room was filthy, with cracked and damaged furniture. Dirty splashes on the wall. Unvacuumed floor which remained that way for the 4 day duration of my stay. In fact it was only changed and "cleaned"once in the four day stay. The shower was inaccessible, the bath woud not fill with water.
Visited already 2 times this hotel. Nice place, staff, location... in the middle of Nantes. Great rooms and Breakfast. Everything you need is there and parking is bear to the hotel. The decoration is amazing... good atmosphere ....
