A beautiful building in a perfect location to explore Nantes. Stayed here for a business trip as it was reasonably priced and had parking nearby. The rooms are well appointed and very quiet. The breakfast room is lovely in the old part of the building with very high ceilings. Unfortunately, like a lot of hotels these days, they have removed the minibar from the room, don’t provide late night room service and lock the main bar so there is nothing available if you arrive late after a long trip. This was not the best news after travelling for some time and arriving late. I know this is not just the Raddison Blu that has done this, but I wish hotels would think about their customers and how to meet their needs in a really simple way.

The hotel was quiet during our stay, staff were very pleasant and helpful, everywhere clean and tidy. Restaurant was closed for dinner but plenty of good options nearby. We were there for 4 nights and would have liked a more comfortable sitting area in our room. Hotel is in the main business and shopping are with most Nantes attractions within a 20 minute walk.

Lovely service, delicious breakfast, beautiful building. Finding the room was a bit tricky as it required going up and then down again as we stayed in the ground floor. There was a separate toilet and a huge bathroom (with separate shower and a bath tub) in the room. The weird thing was that there was no sink in the toilet to wash your hands. Instead, you had to go out of the toilet, cross the room and enter the bathroom to get to a water source. The room was really quiet and the bedding lovely, so we had a good night's sleep.

This was a one night stay on our way to a chateau in the Loire Valley. A beautiful, modern hotel within a repurposed, neoclassical courthouse building. The rooms were spacious, beds very comfortable, and showers hot! The breakfast buffet was bountiful and set in the beautiful former courtroom. The staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous. When we complained that our air conditioning was not working, the manager on duty came to the room and explained that the hotel was "between seasons" and thus the ventilation was turned off. A few minutes later, the manager returned and presented us with two lovely packages of biscuits (cookies) as a form of apology. - and the offer of a fan for our room. Highly recommended on all levels!

Staff and service excellent. Had to wait nearly an hour for our room to be ready which was disappointing though. Would like more coffee and tea making facilities in the room. The evening meal in La Partager was excellent and the staff were very attentive

The hotel is well located in a beautiful historic building, close to a clean and safe car park. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed a stroll though the historic city center and received a map and helpful tips from the hotel staff. The standard room I got was on the 3rd floor, under the rooftop and was a disappointment considering the price. There's only a Velux window so you don't get a view at all. They put me next to the elevators, which wasn't too bad but I really wonder if there wasn't a better room available. But the room was spacious and clean, with even an extra heater to warm up quickly in the winter.

Waited 30 minutes a taxi at the check out. Finally, arrived a private service that charged me double than normal. Poor service at the desk and nobody is at the entrambe. Nobody! Interiors are cheap, likes Ikea style, in a fabolous context
