We had a small suite with bedroom and living room which had a double sofa bed for the children. Th hotel was quiet and clean and if we'd stayed longer the little kitchenette would have been very useful (there's a little inter marche just downstairs). We also had parking in a secure car park (height limit 1.9m but our car with roof box just fitted). Some other really great things: I asked of they would reserve a parking space for us as we were en route to the ferry which they did and you cannot fault the way they handle their substantial buffet breakfast to keep everything clean and safe during these times of COVID. Super friendly staff and a really great stay. There is a bus stop just outside for those who don't want to walk 15 mins into town but the walk is pretty and easy - great location (esp if coming by car) and a great place to stay.Dear Guest, Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. It’s more than just seven suites, of course, but this giant hotel does the trick. Nice, spacious rooms, fridge and kitchenette included, make for a pleasant stay at a 15 minute walk from the old city center. Price-quality = perfect. So is the service.

Lovely apartment with great facilities, the only downside being it’s located in relation to Nantes old town where the majority of restaurants and shops are located, however local transport is very good

The large building a bit outside the city center doesn't look like much. However, this property offers large rooms, adequate bathrooms, and an ample parking garage (for a fee). There is a tram stop right outside the hotel so that tourists going downtown or to Nantes Island do not need to move their cars Breakfast is adequate, and the service is very good. Particularly the staff members Soraya. Padram and Amelie deserve a positive mention for their helpfulness. And the price/value relationship is good as well.

The staff in this hotel were so friendly especially the girl at reception with dark hair and the man at reception also with dark hair. I could not fault them in any way, they were very helpful and spoke excellent English. The hotel room was spacious and very clean and well equipped. My only huge concern is that there are no locks on the windows. We were on the 9th floor! There are no safety catches on the windows so a child could just open the window and fall out. This was a huge concern for me sharing a room with my 8 year old daughter. I warned her but she can sometimes sleep walk and I was so worried she would unintentionally open the window. I understand health & safety laws are different in each country but earlier on in our trip we were in Paris where we could only open the window approximately 3 inches even though it was very hot. We were told there that it is French law that they can only be opened that much for health and safety so to be honest I don't know how this hotel has been allowed to operate like this if that is the case. This is a great hotel for business travellers, there is an intermarché downstairs and a large shopping centre a 2 minute walk away. The staff were one of the nicest we have encountered in France, just please add safety features to the windows! …

Nice simple hotel at a convenient location. This is a good hotel for business people who wish to stay within walking distance of the Nantes conference center. There are several shops and restaurants close by, and a big shopping center within a 5-minute walk. Breakfast was very good, rooms are nice and clean, friendly service. Recommended hotel if you are interested in a basic decent accommodation next to the conference center. Walking to the city center and historic sites is a little far.

I selected this hotel due to its proximity to Les Machines de Lile. Les Machines is the sole reason we ventured to Nantes. The warm and helpful staff at Seven Urban Suites Nantes Centre welcomed us 9/23 &24/2022 to their delightful hotel. Our room was nicely decorated, very clean, beautiful bathroom & included more than we ever expected. Behind closet doors was a kitchen with all you would need if staying many days. What a bonus. The breakfast room, staff and food choices were also delightful. Anthony was especially friendly and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we could want. He had made breakfast cakes the mornings we were there and offered us samples. So friendly. To top it off we were able to park in their underground secure parking lot. Another bonus. We would definitely stay in Seven Urban Suites Nantes Centre again, and you would enjoy it too.…

Luxurious and modern room, spacious, somewhere to have breakfast. super clean, very highly rated. 5 star without question. Helpful staff on the desk.. Close to a bus/tram stop outside the door. 2 mins to a supermarket. We will stay again next time we are in Nantes.

Interesting place, not far from everything (Nantes is a nice city). Quiet place, handsome, smiling and devoted personnel. Breakfast is great too, although no fresh fruits (could be corrected, imho). Very likely to look for a room there if I come back in Nantes.
