If all the other reports are in French, this is because this is a totally French Hotel. If you don't speak French it's not for you, as not one member of staff spoke English. It wasn't rudeness or insularism, there just wasn't any need.
This is a fantastic hotel. Spotlessly clean with a very friendly and efficient staff. The meals were delicious and the wine in the restaurant was fantastic at from 6E a bottle. We had a Demi Pension (Half Board). The Room had a standard Spanish hotel layout, but was a bit smaller. Breakfast was French: Croissants, Bread, Jam, Fresh Fruit, Fresh Orange and Coffee: Not a banger, bacon or an egg in sight. Lunch and Dinner both consisted of a set meal. The Menu was posted in the morning and you could chose an alternative if it didn't suit you. Both were served on a silver platter so you could help yourself. The quality of the food was high.
