We only stayed one night in Rouen but this place was a nice hotel. It's close to the medieval center and near the cathedral. We came to see the cathedral and the whole capital of medieval Normandy. Very large medieval old city. The hotel hada nice breakfast. Very friendly service. Room was a basic room and was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is a short walk from the Vieux Rouen, Cathedrale and Gros Horloge and underground parking is available only a block away. However, the room and bathroom are fairly small and could use some updating. There was some street noise from the bar next door and homeless people sleeping nearby. For the price we paid of 62 Euro it...

Nice place to be due to the excelent location. The quality/price it's not so good but it's near to several attractions. I found the breakfast price high and choose to have breakfast in one of the several coffee shops found while visiting the city centre.

We stayed here overnight en route from Zeebrugge to the South West of France. The hotel is situated on the quayside near the historic old town of Rouen. There are plenty of restaurants and things to see nearby. We didn't intend to stay at this hotel but were transferred here from the Hotel d'Angleterre. Parking is on street around the...

The staff was excellent, most spoke English quite well. The room was very small but it was clean and adequate. We did not eat the breakfast offered for an additional fee. The location was excellent for a short walk to the old city, clock tower etc.

Hotel within walking distance of historical sites. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Hotel staff very polite and accommodating to our requests. We did not have the breakfast, but the room looked very nice.

Hotel is well located but at the lower end of the scale from a facilities point of view, it's clean and functional but offers nor frills, We had two rooms as there were four of us altogether, we needed boiling water to sterilise our baby's bottles and whilst there was no kettle in the room the reception staff didn't mind...

We were looking for a place to stay between Basse Normandy and Belgium. Rouen seemed like the place. Best value we could find was Hotel De Paris on Booking.com. $440 for family room (3 rooms 3 baths 5 people) for Saturday and Sunday. Nice staff but very worn out place from every standpoint. Free WIFI bit it did not work...

Rooms average, clean. Very tiny lift, but welcome. Staff great.parking on street but you have to pay. We luckily got a spot right outside. We only stayed two nights but we're well pleased and it offered easy access to most sights you want to visit. Would go again.

Stayed here for one night with a group of friends. They put on a very reasonably priced evening meal for us and the staff were all superb. The chap who looked after us most of the evening spoke great English and as he was leaving suggested we might like to see the light show at the Cathedral which was due...
