The staff at the hotel were really helpful and friendly and most spoke really good English. Location was excellent and agree with other comments about the hotel needing updating and the challenge of the car park! The hotel was spotless and the breakfast we had was excellent. The hotel was no smoking and pets were allowed and in places there...

After our original hotel failed to honor our reservation, the Gentleman at this Hotel was able to find a room for the three of us at the last minute and told us to come over right away. This Hotel is clean, roomy and the beds are very comfortable. It might need a little updating but we got exactly what we...

Basic hotel with a tie to Napoleon. The rooms are small but clean. There is an elevator. The stairwell is a circular marble staircase. The staff is friendly but they close up their little bar early in the evening. Easy walking distance to the restaurants and churches. Breakfast was good, but could never get the eggs boiled.

The location was fantastic, friendly staff and great sized family room. The reason for only 3 stars was it could do with a some updating, the room was not cheap and I would expect more for the price paid, but car parking was included. No air con and a very hot night so did not sleep to well, but bed...

Could hardly be nearer the centre of Rouen am sure you could not get a hotel in a city at the price charged. thought it would be noisy but the double windows and shutters certainly kept out traffic noise. Air conditioning or a fan would have been appreciated. the breakfast was the best we have had in France the choice...

The Hotel Bonaparte is in a great location; walking distance from a large public car park (Parking Hôtel de Ville), 10 minutes away from the Cathedrale Notre-Dame de Rouen and 15 minutes from the bars and restaurants of the Place du Vieux-Marche. I stayed at the Hotel along with my wife and 12 year old child in a comfortable, clean...

My wife, son (16 yo) and I stayed in one room. It was listed to accommodate 3 adults and it did so nicely -- one queen and a single. We stayed in mid July. The front of the hotel is nothing special, but the lobby area is very nicely appointed and cozy. Nice dining room, too. Our room faced the...

Location is superb! Very centrally located. We came by car and parked it overnight at the Q-park Palais-de-justice 300m away. The lobby of the hotel is as it shows on the photos, old fashioned but stylish if you like. The lady of the hotel is really nice and provides an extra character and atmosphere to the hotel. Breakfast is one...

A small, quiet and comfortable hotel. Very conveniently situated for old town, museum etc. Breakfast adequate; the usual buffet fare. Car parking a bit of an issue, as it would be for any of the other hotels in this location. I ended up using the secure parking about 5 minutes walk away. My first stop in Rouen. Well worth a...

We were attracted to this Hotel by its location in that it is within walking distance of the historical centre of Rouen. We stayed one night and that night was rather warm. Unfortunately there is no air con and not even a fan. It made for difficult sleeping. The room was a reasonable size and had all the necessities except...
