Stayed here one night on a roadtrip in Europe. The hotel is near big roads and there is free parking - so we thought it would be a normal "ok" PremiereClasse experience. But this place was just horrible. The hotel isn't easy to find and the neighborhood feels very unsafe. There are young men hanging around on the street in... More

I'm usually a bit of a fan of Premiere Classe hotels but this one is a real let down. I didn't like the area, too many men hanging around drinking and I didn't like the hotel either. Very dark inside, until you find the light switches, never good for the stairwells and corridors and I felt the other clientele were... More

Stayed 1 night in August. Had booked 2 rooms for elderly couple and family of 4. On arrival, only 1 room booked but manager quickly resolved this and booked 2 connected rooms - perfect for the children. Excellent pasta and steak restaurant across the road. Basic breakfast but overall excellent value.

First impression didn't seem to bad. Parked the car in the free car park. Booked in went for a walk what a dodgy area. Guys on street corners selling. Loud voices and door slamming from the room next door. Should have stayed two nights booked out the next day.

Stayed here in September 2014(only just got around to the review). This was 2nd Premiere Classe of our holiday & easily the best. Great location which the sat nav found very easily. Secure car park behind the hotel. There is direct access from the hotel to car park which is handy during the early hours of the morning. Had to go... More

Hotel in a very run down area but did have secure parking. Arrived at 3pm so it was an automatic check in. A bit eerie! Had a second floor room which overlooked the car park. Room was very basic and cold until I found the hidden controls on the heater. Barely able to cope as it sub zero outside. Bath... More

Stayed here for 1 night en - route to France. Area dirty and feels unsafe. Hotel very dark inside. Room and bed clean, ok for 1 night. Had a room facing the main road which was very noisy. Car park was locked at night. Easy to get metro into Rouen. Wouldn't stay here again.

This has to be one of the smelliest hotels I have ever stopped in. We were on a non smoking floor, yet the room smelt of smoke. The hallways were very dingy and the light switches were difficult to find in the hallways, making it feel a little unsafe until the light eventually came on. Breakfast was bread or bread... More

We a family of five stayed here to break up a long journey home. I made the mistake of booking it first and trip advisoring it later so when I read the reviews saying it was dirty and the area was dodgy I was worried. What a load of nonsense! It was perfectly clean, the beds were lovely and comfortable... More
