Don't know how long this hotel has been open but it looked brand spanking new and smelt of new carpets. Secure free on site parking was a nice bonus. Large tv with 2 English speaking channels even if they were both news channels it's 2 more than we'd had anywhere else in France.

Then don't go here. The hotel runs a central A/C - and apparently they change their thermostat to heating instead in early October. This means you won't have any cool air in your room, which is woeful if you arrive on a day with more than 20 degrees. We had the window open and

Dear Customer, Thank you for choosing our hotel and share your opinion on your stay. We are disappointed to see your dissatisfaction concerning the heating. As explained during our conversation onsite, we are not allowed to change it because the order is made on the roof of the building by technicians duly empowered. We notice exceptional temperatures for this time of the year this week, Usually, we need heating and no air conditioning in October ... All rooms are equipped with 4 towels (2 great and 2 small). If you need more, please ask directly to the reception, which will provide you with what you need. We are staying at your disposal for your next trip in Rouen. Best regards,

The hotel is about 25 minutes walk from the centre of town. There is plenty of free street parking outside the hotel and also a very secure, free car park next to the hotel with direct access to the hotel. On arrival we were quickly checked in and in our room. The room was very

Recently opened, the hotel was difficult to locate due to a big Round-about so easy to miss! Good free parking in a building next to the hotel; large room with modern design and some fancy-dandy,e.g., not user-friendly, light switches. You need a car to go into town(good

Is there free parking?
Yes. Very secure free parking. BTW, look for a room at the back of the hotel. Traffic noise at the front is awful.

Good afternoon, Of course you can go on the city center by walk or with public transport. If you want to go by walk it's 20 minutes. Or, if you prefer you have the subway. It's on Saint Sever at 10 minutes by walk. Best regards
