Great stay in a lovely little town. Hotel is very traditional and well preserved. We stayed in the main house in a great room with a four poster bed. Off street parking so ideal if you care about where you park. Nice gardens. Fabulous (French/continental) breakfast - orange juice is freshly pressed and was great. Short walk to the centre... More

From check in, where the staff were so helpful, to a huge breakfast, big tidy rooms, and no request too much trouble; what was there not to like? Nothing! Add in location; a short walk to many superb restaurants, the harbour and many local attractions. All that says why consider anywhere else in Honfleur? Sure, it's a three star hotel,... More

Chosen because it was close to the centre and with its own parking. As we were only staying one night we had no time to use the pool or spa or even spend time in the extravagantly decorated salon. However the staff were very friendly and accommodating, the spacious room was very comfortable with a nicely appointed bathroom, air conditioning... More

Stayed 1 night in a "Superior Double Room". This was room 23, in the separate building to the side of the main hotel. It was on the ground floor, a large room with a very nice bathroom, walk in rain shower. The WC appeared to have been installed in what was a cupboard off the bedroom - not to our... More

we needed a short break in a quiet spot and this was perfect just behind the harbour, a 17th century main building set in a lovely garden. The service from start to finish was exceptional nothing was too much trouble. bedroom wasn`t that big ,huge old french wardrobe far too big for the room, could have done with a mirror... More

We booked this hotel for a couple of nights at the end of a week-plus visiting various places in Northern France. The Hotel has many selling points...... It is within a couple of minutes stroll of the quay area...... It has its own parking on site by the hotel entrance, not unlimited but easily sufficient... The owners and staff know... More

Stayed for one night at l’Ecrin. The booked room was the twin at the top of the building next to the main property. While it was a healthy climb to the room along winding stairs, the large space, with nice natural airflow, was welcome. The bathroom was very clean, with modern touches. The location of the hotel was very good,... More

A delightful hotel, uniquely decorated. We stayed for 1 night only but would definitely return. Made to feel very welcome. Very comfortable room and lovely swimming pool. Easy walking distance to town, on site secure parking and helpful staff.

I won't repeat what others have said about this place: it has a shabby chic quality to it, friendly friend desk staff, close to town. However what I haven't seen mentioned in other reviews is how much traffic noise there is. Unless you have one of the rooms in the one storey annex, you will have a room without air-conditioning. You... More

We stayed here for a second time on the last night of our holiday and were delighted with the quiet location and lovely rooms within this charming, romantic hotel. Within walking distance of the main tourist area of the harbour, this gem of a hotel is a peaceful haven. Stuffed full of antique furniture and objects from around the world... More
