I went here with my new husband on our honeymoon, choosing the 'demi-pension' option which means you are served dinner in the in-house restaurant as well. We had intended to stay for a week but ended up CANCELLING our stay after two days. The hotel itself and the breakfast are fine. The owner is lovely. When we were here the... More

I would have liked to give this charming rural hotel (which literally overlooks downtown Honfleur and the busy Seine estuary through fields and orchards) top ratings. And it's not because it has a sort of old timey charm - we love that. The room was spacious, the bathroom fully functional and everything very clean. And the restaurant - see my... More

It is not the first time that I've stayed at the 'Ferme' nor even the second or third. I hope that I live long enough to stay there again and again, from time to time. So what makes it special? After all, it's a 2 star French Hotel that attracts French people. It is expected that you speak French, although... More

The first challenge is to find this hotel! We used a GPS and it took us through a deep forest along a narrow path/road - if we had gone to Honfleur and then put the GPS on - we would have had no difficulty. The hotel is tucked away and beautiful, lush gardens old buildings. The service was excellent, the... More

This hotel is just outside Honfleur but feels like it's in the countryside. It's wonderfully peaceful. The restaurant does a more traditional menu - I loved the fish on offer. Nice wine selection too. And we were the only Brits, surrounded by locals who had come out for dinner so we weren't in a tourist trap!

This hotel is very well situated, outside of Honfleur, in a very pleasant rural setting. The owners and staff are very friendly, and the rooms are clean and decent. If you buy the room and meals a la carte( individually, as opposed to the demi-pension) be careful and review your bill. When we returned home, we examined our bills, and... More

Our party of 7 have just returned from a weekend at this Logis. We booked half board, a great selection for breakfast each day and the evening menu gave 4 courses with lots of choice including a plate of oysters. Wine very reasonably priced Restaurant a big favourite with the locals which is always a good sign. Location is perfect,... More

We stayed for three nights in late August as a stop off on our drive to Brittany. The logis is in a very peaceful spot on the outskirts of Honfleur but close enough to the old harbour area to walk in around 20 minutes - although quite a steep walk back! Our room was typically French, slightly dated but very... More
