We stayed for 2 nights, Saturday and Sunday the 16th and 17th of July. We took the smaller, less prestigious room, Le Nid, situated on the third floor while our friends had the second floor room with large bathroom and terrace. Whilst there was an obvious difference in the type of room, ours had a lovely shower room with a... More

This chateau and park are worth a visit when in Normandy. Have a tour in the chateau and see the authentic rooms on the ground floor - also the room where Guy de Maupassant was born. The potager and park are impressive! There is also a small shop with lots of presents. The chateau has rooms for B&B and there... More

When we arrived we were not sure what we had let ourselves in for, but once we had found the owner, we were taken to a lovely corner room on the first floor of the chateau and a large bathroom with modern appliances. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean, with excellent towels and plenty of hot water. The views... More

This is a beautifull place with lovely grounds and gardens But in our opinion to visit and admire but not stay overnight We had a room at the top with fifty one steps up a winding narrow staircase Not very good for a couple in their seventies Our room was very small and the bathroom was like a cupboard There... We had two nights at Chateau de Miromesnil and found it to be delightful, lovely fun room with very French antique furniture! Excellent breakfast served by two lovely young ladies. My husband is a very keen gardener and we so enjoyed the wonderful garden and Chateau guided tour in English. We managed to leave a very valuable bag behind but... More

From the moment we arrived and were met by the owner, we were made to feel incredibly welcome, and that feeling persisted during all of our 2-day stay. We stayed in a large and elegant bedroom on the first floor with amazing views over the surrounding countryside. On our first night, the owner kindly provided firewood, so we relaxed by... More

We were here for 3 nights and stayed in the room in the tower. The bathroom and toilet was in the hallway (it was our private bathroom). The room was really nice and clean with a great view over the backyard. The bathroom was big and had a shower and a bath. We slept really good here. The surroundings are... More

Tuesday 8th June 2014 . Caroline, my wife and a keen gardener, was overwhelmed that I had managed to book us into this magical chateau. We slept in the centre bedroom on the upper floor, which gave us views over the carriageway to the front and the parkland to the rear; and provided very comfortable accommodation with an en-suite bathroom.... We spent a week in the gite (part of the court yard buildings) with 6 people (4 adults and 2 kids). The gite has 4 rooms and could host 10. Very well equipped. And very good for get togethers with friends and family. Euro 1150 for a week is well worth it; split by 10 it is a pittance. The... More
