We walked here from the train station. It is about 10-15 minutes and simple if you got directions before you got there. (Ding on me.) The owner was super accommodating. Told us where to buy wine and provided wine glasses for us and let us hang out in the breakfast room. She has travel books and movies on the area....

Excellent location near the center of town. Easy walking to all venues and the motor coach park. Room were clean, with a separate toilet room and shower room. They a small by US standards but have all the essentials. The breakfast area is also small but the food is high quality and plentiful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff is so helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great. We would drive to the D Day sights during the day and at night we walked into Bayeux for a lovely meal and drinks.

After a long haul international flight into France and a 2 hr train ride from Paris, I was looking for a quiet, comfortable and inexpensive hotel to spend a night in Bayeux. My visit was pivoted around a d-day tour the next morning, and Le Bayeux was the perfect choice. Staff is friendly and conversant in English. We had a...

After spending 2 days in Paris, we came to this hotel for 4 nights. We rented 2 rooms, and although small, were very comfortable and met our needs. We enjoyed the breakfast one day, and really appreciated the availability of drinks and snacks "on the honor system." Both Patricia and Vito were extremely knowledgeable about the area and the different...

My daughter and I received a very warm, helpful welcome as soon as we walked through the door of this small, comfortable hotel. It is in a perfect central location. The room was comfortable and clean and the buffet breakfast was delicious and very good value. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and were keen to...

Fantastic located near the Bayeux cathedral and center of town. Friendly and helpfull staff. Nice rooms with great beds, flatscreen television, free and fast WIFI 10mb/2mb!, great clean shower and toilet, enough towels. The rooms are cleaned thouroughly every day. Breakfast costs 10 euro's each but offers bang for the buck: croissants, cake, toast, coffee and tea, eggs and bacon...

Found this hotel online and was skeptical because the price was so low. Turned out to be a excellent place so I stayed an extra night. The hotel is very quaint and traditional, yet updated to comfort. The room was very clean and a decent size. I arrived late at night, after the reception closes for the night so just...
