This B&B is a true gem. Carol and Jos are warm, friendly hosts that go out of their way to make you feel at home. Jos's morning run to the bakery to bring back fresh bread and croissants was just wonderful. The rooms are immaculate and beautifully decorated, the grounds are gorgeous and the location is ideal for visiting the...

We were met on arrival with tea and a slice of cake in Carol's delightful kitchen. On asking, we were directed to a little local restaurant serving delicious authentic food. After a good night's sleep in crispy clean linen we enjoyed an exploration of the grounds down to Jos's pond and the pretty river and banks. The connection of the...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Our home is a restored Normandy farmhouse set in 14 acres of meadow, woods and valley. It is set in a very tranquil environment, but convenient for Mont St Michel, the Bayeux Tapestry, and the D-Day beaches and other WW2 battle sites. Our B&B is not a mainstream business - more like opening our house to friends & acquaintances, so the welcome is warm and the atmosphere informal. A comfortable, country house .... ... more   less
