The room was small but okay. The breakfast was the worst I'd ever had in a Hotel, even with less stars. Nobody explained the "do it yourself " setup first morning, staff were very scarce and not even seen on second morning. There was an empty kettle to make your own tea, finally managed to get some water in it....

The hotel is ideally located for sightseeing but currently accessibility is hampered by heavy street works on Place Louise de Bettignies and Rue de la Monnaie, which will last for some time. We had trouble finding parking space in the area and were later advised to try the nearby underground car park even if the "complet” sign (full) was displayed....

I spent one night here, in a double room, and I really appreciated the place; the hotel is very beautiful, nothing to do with standardised modern hotels, old furnitures style, everything very clean and well-finished. Various and good quality breakfast. The only problem is the dimension of the rooms, quite small and with litlle space for storage. Not cheap.

Met here with friends, the hotel is well placed very near the centre of Lille, with the great shops and cobbled roads. The rooms are modern and comfortable. As with most French hotels they only served breakfast which was very good. There is a liveley bar almost next door, with a small supermarket across the road. Would definately stay again.

This is a good hotel to stay in if you want peace at night, it is modern, the rooms and bathroom is nice, the wifi works well. It is in a location close to all sorts of shops and restaurants. It is also not too far to walk from the Eurostar or Flanders stations, however the streets are cobbled so...

Central hotel and staff very helpful. Street parking immediately opposite paying from 09 00 to 19 00. Room was very small but adequate. The problem us no aircon, meaning you have to have the windows open which in turn means you get eaten by mosquitoes. So it made it €90 of purgatory. Travel in anything other than sumner and it's...

This nice hotel lies near the old city centre of Lille. You'll find several bars, restaurants and cafes in the area. An underground parking space is 200 meter away if you travel by car. To the next Metro station it is a 10-15 minute walk. Although this hotel is located in a busy place I had a very quiet room....

I stayed here with 6 of my friends for Euro 2016. The hotel was in a great little spot, about 15 mins walk from the Eurostar train station. Not far from the city centre either. The hotel quality was really nice and offered very good value for money. The staff are really helpful and talk good English for those of...

A very good hotel in a great central location in the old town area. The hotel has some delightful French style furniture and a beautiful lobby. The room was small but since we were out a lot of the day this didn't matter. The bathroom was spotless and new, the beds comfortable and very little noise around us. The staff...

The very small room was nevertheless adequate, clean and with good beds. Breakfast buffet at €16 per head is steep, and it's possible to wander out into the Grand Place in the morning and get a decent cafe breakfast for less than half the cost. No air con so rooms possibly hot in summer. Parking in place just outside hotel,...
