Good Morning, I apologize for the state of the room, I found that my housekeeping had not cleaned it properly. I made the necessary departure. Xe offered you to change rooms, but you refused. For the refund, the receptionist could not do it, but your request via your booking site was accepted. Some rooms are renovated, but yours will be next, I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. but your comment is very unfair, since you have left us no chance to show you that we are a good hotel. with all my respect.
