Wonderful little hotel. Very central location, newly renovated rooms with smart design. The Restaurant downstairs is also very good (French bistro) and popular with locals. Checkin and checkout very easy and automated.

Hotel placed above a restaurant, this is comfortable and ideally situated, parking was easy in the street and once you get past the idea of checking in via a computer screen it's easy. Would definately stay here again. Did not try the breakfast and restaurant was closed on day we stayed.

We were a little confused upon first arriving at Aux Waterzooi; we had a hard time figuring out where to park, and then once parked we walked around the block looking for the hotel's entrance, not realizing it's a self check-in kiosk rather than a proper lobby and front desk (though we also later discovered we could have asked at the restaurant and been given guidance there). But once we figured out what we were doing and got ourselves into our room, we were very pleased. The rooms are very small but nicely updated, and ours featured a lovely view of the waterfront. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom modern and attractive. The location was ideal, and the price was very good. Would recommend, for sure.
