We stayed here when Quins played Toulouse in the HEC in December. The staff were very helpful, spoke English when our faltering French was found wanting and checked in 5 separate rooms/couples/families with ease. The rooms were being cleaned when we arrived, but as we had turned up some 4 hours before check-in time, no one had to wait to... More

We stayed here overnight during our trip. Good location as it's near the centre of Toulouse and close to plenty of restaurants. We didn't eat at the hotel. Our room was very small, and we had a bath with a shower head but no curtain. We didn't have the air con on, but kept the window open - big mistake... More

This is practically 2 different hotels. They built an extension in the back which has none of the benefits of the main hotel. This extension has 6 rooms (101-102, 201-202, 301-302). Avoid these rooms at all cost. The extension has no lift (elevator). Walking up narrow stairs with baggage is not fun. The bath rooms in the extension rooms are... More

I found this to be a quite pleasent small hotel. We arrived by car late and parked in the street around the corner. The GPS took us easily to the address with the only small cliffhanger being getting off the correct exit at the insanely big roundabout just before reaching the hotel from the south. According to the receptionist we... More

The best things about this hotel was its location--a 10 minute walk into the heart of Toulouse. The room was very small and had almost no amenities. We always had the impression that the staff felt bothered when we asked them a question. This might be an appropriate hotel for a salesman whose priority was to save money.

The hotel is located on little street close by bars & clubs, You might even spot some night ladies as well... The receptionist was very welcoming and quick to give me my room. The room on the 1st floor was really small and you can hardly walk with your luggage around the bed. The room was also hot and I... More

We booked a family room for 2 adults and 3 kids under 10. On arrival, we found that there was no lift to the 3rd floor room, although we were offered a place to store our luggage but we needed access to the contents of our cases, so didn't take this up. There was a sign saying that the staircase... More

A family-run hotel, the owners are friendly, helpful and really care about your comfort. Our room was newly redecorated (the paint was barely dry!) spacious, modern decor, not luxurious, but comfortable and clean, and it had a private balcony overlooking the hotel's central courtyard and glassed-in breakfast room. It's not very centrally located, but we chose it because they have... More

Good location with an easy walk from the railway station and only 5 minutes' walk to the centre of the city. Freshly decorated room was well furnished with comfortable beds and no problems with noise. Wonderful shower. Our superior room had a balcony - well worth the couple of extra euros a night. Friendly and efficient staff.

This is a clean hotel with small but good quality rooms. Halls were freshly painted. Parking available on adjacent block in secure access garage. We were charged 75 euros per night in early October-- well above the average quoted in Trip Advisor. Front desk people are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good although not inexpensive. (8 euros). Only... More
