I can only repeat the encomiums supplied by the other guests. While not in the older part of the city it is a short walk there. This means that it is quiet at night. A supermarket two doors down is very convenient for water and snacks. The staff cordial, the rooms nice. Only two flies in the ointment. The breakfast. One is better off getting it elsewhere. Second, the air conditioning while serviceable was anemic by American standards. Thus, those favor frigid conditions in the height of summer should look elsewhere. Nevertheless, a pleasant stay and would return without hesitation.

Good hotel close to the canal and river. We were worried it might be too far from the town centre, but we spent every evening by the river which was a lovely area to eat and drink. The hotel was very clean and has a good covid policy. There is secure bike storage and carpark. We’d chosen a suite so had a small private balcony. The room was lovely and thankfully had great air con as there was a heatwave that week! We were disappointed that you could only have breakfast in your room if you chose the most expensive option (we only wanted a small breakfast) but the breakfast staff were very helpful and gave us a tray so we could take it up to our room. I’m sorry I don’t know the name of the girl who worked on reception but she was extremely friendly and helpful and communication before our stay was excellent.

Beautiful, clean and well situated hotel. Close to the canal and restaurants. Great customer service and friendly staff. English speaking staff too. Will definitely stay here again. Nice outdoor patio where you can enjoy a beer after a long days walk. Thank you very much.

I stayed at this lovely hotel for two nights recently. Check in was nice and smooth and I headed straight to the bar for a night cap. The wine was fairly well priced (EUR4 for a glass of red). The hotel is located close to the canals which was lovely for a morning jog. It's also a short 150 meter walk to the bus which takes you to/from the airprot. I enjoyed walking around the whole of Toulouse and didn't mind the location of this hotel. The hotel is close to the Japanese gardens which was lovely to walk around. The room was very comfortable with a large bed, shower and seperate toilet. The shower room was glass so could be uncomfortable depending who you're sharing a room with. The main issue I had with the hotel was the breakfast. This was very expensive. An express breakfast which was literally some bread, jam, coffee and a pastry was EUR 8.50. The extended buffet breakfast was even more expensive (I think EUR 14.50). There's a lovely bakery near the hotel (turn right and then right at the end of the street) which sold coffee and the best pastries. There's also a Carrefore supermarket which is 25 meters from the hotel (turn left). Overall I had a plesant stay and would recommend this hotel. I did a room vlog of the hotel and various other vlogs from my weekend in Toulouse so please search on YouTube for Beckyboos Travel Adventures for more information.

Staff are lovely but the hotel lacks 4 star quality. The twin room was very small with hardly any room for a desk chair. Rooms were very clean though and the cleaners very good. There wasn't a dedicated cafe for drinks and snacks and no food available apart from Breakfast. Garden furniture is plastic and no cushions. All in All this is a nice 3 star hotel and doesn't warrant the room price, but the staff are lovely and speak English. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the large square in the city centre and where there are kms of shopping streets and loads of cafes etc.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel de Brienne while in Toulouse. The breakfast was the best that we had while staying in France. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The WiFi worked and the staff were friendly. We were able to walk and reach downtown without any problems.

I stayed here four nights for a meeting at the congress center, a seven minute walk from the hotel. The room was very nice and comfortable, good sleeping/quiet, clean, with a safe, refrigerator and coffee pot. Bathroom was petite, clean and fine. The neighborhood was nice, canal (see picture) nearby was great for running, good restaurants/stores/bakeries nearby and even a laundromat. About a 15 minute pleasant walk downtown, about 20-25 minute walk to the train station and same (in car) to airport. Breakfast was excellent. Courtyard was sweet. WiFi strong. Overall, excellent stay and I’d recommend to a friend.
