Good hotel close to the canal and river. We were worried it might be too far from the town centre, but we spent every evening by the river which was a lovely area to eat and drink. The hotel was very clean and has a good covid policy. There is secure bike storage and carpark. We’d chosen a suite so had a small private balcony. The room was lovely and thankfully had great air con as there was a heatwave that week! We were disappointed that you could only have breakfast in your room if you chose the most expensive option (we only wanted a small breakfast) but the breakfast staff were very helpful and gave us a tray so we could take it up to our room. I’m sorry I don’t know the name of the girl who worked on reception but she was extremely friendly and helpful and communication before our stay was excellent.

Beautiful, clean and well situated hotel. Close to the canal and restaurants. Great customer service and friendly staff. English speaking staff too. Will definitely stay here again. Nice outdoor patio where you can enjoy a beer after a long days walk. Thank you very much.

I stayed at this lovely hotel for two nights recently. Check in was nice and smooth and I headed straight to the bar for a night cap. The wine was fairly well priced (EUR4 for a glass of red). The hotel is located close to the canals which was lovely for a morning jog. It's also a short 150 meter walk to the bus which takes you to/from the airprot. I enjoyed walking around the whole of Toulouse and didn't mind the location of this hotel. The hotel is close to the Japanese gardens which was lovely to walk around. The room was very comfortable with a large bed, shower and seperate toilet. The shower room was glass so could be uncomfortable depending who you're sharing a room with. The main issue I had with the hotel was the breakfast. This was very expensive. An express breakfast which was literally some bread, jam, coffee and a pastry was EUR 8.50. The extended buffet breakfast was even more expensive (I think EUR 14.50). There's a lovely bakery near the hotel (turn right and then right at the end of the street) which sold coffee and the best pastries. There's also a Carrefore supermarket which is 25 meters from the hotel (turn left). Overall I had a plesant stay and would recommend this hotel. I did a room vlog of the hotel and various other vlogs from my weekend in Toulouse so please search on YouTube for Beckyboos Travel Adventures for more information.
