Probably a top hotel in its day but a clear lack of investment has resulted in tired and worn looking wooden rooms. Hugh Heffner clearly designed the reception. The shower dribbled out and the air con may as well have been a small child blowing raspberries. I was told the air con was down for maintenance but upon further reviews, back in February!!, they were also told the same... Tried the restaurant on the first night, no atmosphere and very average food, can see why no one would return the following night. Unqiue design and does have some quirks, but have stayed in much better 3* places than this. If you need a night by the aiport, its fine!

I stayed at the Palladia for a long weekend during a Convention and was positively impressed with the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are of a good size, clean and comfortable, the breakfast has lots of choice from hot food, cold meats, continental range and very good coffee and fresh orange juice. We ate at the restaurant and the food was excellent. They offer a free shuttle from and to the airport between 10 am and 8:00 PM. Would definitely return.

Stayed here for a business trip. Room size was ok, but the interior was old and worn. The temperature in the room was very hot, and trying to lower the temperature with the thermostat didn’t have a lot of effect. The bed wasn’t great. Bathroom / shower was ok. TV didn’t have a lot to offer on an international level, which is a pity for a hotel near the airport. Also, a lot of the staff did not speak English. Dinner in the restaurant was mediocre and too expensive.

I stayed in the Hotel Palladia for a company team building. The hotel was quite smart, set in nice spacious grounds and the staff were professional and helpful and the room was clean modern and larger than average. The buffet breakfast was good; good coffee machine, freshly squeezed orange juice nice sausages. There was only scrambled eggs available which were well cooked and no baked beans (maybe not a French staple). The food was quite good - a cold buffet - for lunch and dinner but quite nice (Jeremy Clarkson might disapprove) bur to be fair this is more down to what my company arranged. The theatre was large which is good for conferences, and team building events. On the minus side: The TV didn't have any English speaking channels but my main gripe was the room (on an October day) was very very hot and the air-con made a noise but didn't did actually do anything, nor did opening the window. Funnily enough the corridors to the room were quite cool. Looking at other reviews a number of people have commented about uncomfortably hot rooms and the Palladia seemed unwilling to resolve this.. Based on this I would rate the hotel 2.out of 5 as getting a good nights sleep is the primary requirement for a hotel, if the rooms were a comfortable temperature I would have scored the Palladia a 4.5 as in other respects the hotel is good. I think that there was free pick-up from the airport but not drop-off
