Really well located, excellent staff, very central, very good value. Nice quiet location in a very busy city, ideally located close to bars, shopping and restaurants. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Staff and Hotel was great, It was a very nice place to stay for the holiday. Being right on the Capital square, the hotel was close to everything. The seasonal events around town made it really feel like the holidays.

I didn't want bells and whistles and this hotel gave me everything I needed - good room, excellent bathroom, loads of restaurants nearby and really central location. The hotel has a 'fine dining' restaurant which I didn't really have time to enjoy but it has great reviews.

We were at the Hotel de l'Opera for New Years Eve in the Carmen room. The hotel has a lot of character and whilst not modern and slightly worn in pkaces, it has an undeniable charm. The room was very comfortable. We were told we could borrow a kettle from the bar, but we didn't bother. There was a coffee...

standard tourist hotel, very central location, tiny spa with sauna and steam room. Due to the old building a lot of noise from people walking in the room above. We had booked a "deluxe room with view of the city" on hotels.com, however the hotel management assigned us a room with one small window to an ugly internal courtyard even...

But still comfortable, staff are excellent, stayed in a superior double. Did not eat in the Michel Restaurant, look more like a canteen(empty one), but the Brassiere next to it was good if totally predictable. Underground Parking could not...

Very nice, great service and right in city centre. Very much enjoyed sitting in lounge area with a glass of wine. Room very nice but for my taste decorated a little darkly. Breakfast was very good. Almost created FEB from what was on offer.
