We stayed one night in October. It is a comfortable place to stay! The front desk staff were very nice. The room was terrific with enough space. Great bathroom with spacious shower stall, etc.. Room was very quiet. The breakfast was the highlight! SO many choices all laid out! A nice dining area as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

Entering the lobby is like visiting a small art gallery , very colorful and nice to look at . Staff where very friendly and efficient and shortly after checking in I was in my room which was spacious clean and quiet and well equipped. I liked the “ rain forest “ shower and the steam proof mirror and the generous amenities in the bathroom like the bathrobe and slippers. The bed and pillows where nice and soft which was conducive to a nice sleep. A stylish hotel in a good location

Very underwhelming - I won’t stay here again. For example: - upon entry, the lobby is small and cold, not welcoming - the lifts are tiny; my head almost hits the ceiling - not what I’d expect in a large Pullman property - the rooms are austere; nowhere comfortable to sit or do work, except the bed - the gym lacks any proper weight equipment - not even a proper set of free weights, and their weight machine is terrible to use and dangerous - the lobby bar has no staff until the evening; and no comfortable seating - no business centre; or area to work remotely from (note the lack of good chairs in the hotel room and the lobby bar - essentially, this hotel lacks anywhere to sit comfortably) - the front facade of the building is covered in temporary black sheets to try and hide the fact that it’s an ulgy old 1970s building which they haven’t bothered to spend the money to properly upgrade with a new facade - expensive In summary, this property should have been a Novotel.…

I had gone to Toulouse on a business trip. Pullman was recommended by my colleagues. Now I can see why. Right from Check-In to Check-Out everything was fine. The front desk was always quick to respond (and that too in good English as I could not communicate in French). Mr. Julien was in particular very helpful. The room was clean and spotless and kept it that way. The hot water was always available. The breakfast had a lot of varieties ranging from Bread, Cheese, Fruits, Dry-Fruits, Meat and Egg dishes. They catered to my and my colleagues requirements (most of us were vegetarians) to the best of their ability. Location-wise it is very closed to Matabiu-Marego Station which is a big plus as we travelled frequently via train to the work location. Overall it was a fantastic experience. My partner and I have just returned from a lovely 2 night stay here. First impressions were wonderful, with an interesting and spotless lobby. The receptionist that greeted us (I’m so sorry that I can remember her name) was lovely, she showed a genuine interest in our stay. As it was my partner’s birthday, I had mentioned it in the booking notes, the team put balloons and chocolate in the room- which was ready early too. The room was spacious and well appointed, everything one could need for a few nights in this beautiful city. I would note that the air conditioning isn’t particularly powerful, which wasn’t an issue for our stay; but could be in summer. Breakfast was fantastic, plenty of variety and really good quality too. Every member of the team we came into contact with greeted us with a smile and we’re so helpful. Access to the hotel is easy, from the airport the express shuttle takes you to a stop around 5 minutes walk from the hotel door. Uber prices were around €30 each way. A little further up the road is the main train station (around 5-10 minutes walking) and in the opposite direction (5-10 minutes) is the city centre, with many shops and restaurants close by. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning ourselves.…

Stayed here for 2 nights in October. Hotel kindly upgraded our room- warm and friendly welcome from the lady at front desk. Room was super comfortable and spacious and I especially liked the bathroom layout and shower. Also, the bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve experienced in the hotel. Room was very clean but the air con didn’t work satisfactorily, as others have mentioned, resulting in the room smelling a bit damp on occasion. Had I been spending more time in the room and been staying longer, I would have raised it with the front desk. Unfortunately the windows also did not open meaning the room was at times, quite hot, even at the end of October. This is the main reason I didn’t give *5. Location is excellent to explore Toulouse and the effort made in terms of Halloween decorations was fantastic.…

Love this hotel. My Go To in Toulouse from now on, always. Very clean. Has the worlds most comfortable bed. Breakfast is awesome. It’s very quiet. Everything that you need in a nice business hotel. I also really like the decor. Staff are wonderful.

We booked this hotel for a family break having carried out a lot of research on star rating, location and previous guest reviews. The rooms are clean, and of a good size (we had a double room on the 7th floor). Air con worked a treat which was soooh needed as Toulouse was sweltering during the day and evening. Bathroom was modern and clean and the room had a safe, fridge and coffee maker. We ate breakfast the first day here which was quite expensive at £25 pp but it was fab with such a lovely selection of food and the staff were so helpful and friendly. A 10 minute walk from the main squares but not a problem at all. Would I stay here again? Definitely a yes.

Very good location. 5 minutes walk from the city center. I appreciayed the room, the wonderful breakfast buffet, the fitness room. The petsonal is very kind. I loved the contemporary art gallery . The professionnalisme of the staff.
