Has a really delicious meal with my wife here. She is vegetarian and in France at times, has found it very difficult to get a good selection of food. She went for the vegetarian set meal and I went for the 31 euro set meal. Both meals were excellent and beautifully presented and the waitress was very efficient and professional. The wine was also delicious and competitively priced. My only minor complaint is the lighting waz a bit bright but this is down to personal preferences. Recommended.
This hotel has nicely appointed large rooms and warm cozy public rooms. The breakfast in the dining room is really good and various coffees personally created for us. Close to everything in the town of Tarascon. The staff very friendly and knowledgeable.
Great place to stay and to dine for a mini holiday. We were visiting Niaux caves and Vicdossus sheep equinox fete. We had the most superb meal in the restaurant.would definitely come back again to stay and to dine.
Just a fun, fun place to stay. Can't say the room was special or the interior of the hotel, because they weren't ... yet the place has a certain je ne sais pas. Just a short walk into town and restaurants. We were there when their restaurant was closed. Breakfast was fine and the espresso was quite good. The hotel and breakfast area are filled with antiques and interesting objects that made it ... interesting. Free and ample parking and terrific air conditioning.
It is a great buildings in the Manoir tradition yet, it has modern rooms and in a muggy day the AC worked very well. The room was very confortable and spite being facing the road and railroad tracks had almost prefect noise isolation for peace and a good sleep. Just a few meters away we could cross the tracks through a safe gate and visit the lower part of town which in a rainy Friday afternoon was pretty deserted. Management was very helpful and provided maps of the town and some ideas that we implemented next morning. Free parking was available and the Wi.Fi worked well even though, due to the storm, we were without electricity for almost two hours. Breakfast was good and had to be paid extra.
