The hotel is located a short walk from the Pont Valentre. The reception team were helpful. My room was large and clean with everything I needed. A fridge was available along with a kettle, but no tea and coffee were provided. An iron was able to be borrowed from reception. The shower was powerful and amenities were provided. Whilst the hotel is no frills it is a comfortable, clean and very cost effective option for those exploring the surrounding area. I would happily stay again.

For 65 euros we got what we had expected - a simple, reasonable room and shower. The bed was OK but was perhaps a little hard. No breakfast included. Staff were fine and the hotel has code entry parking at the rear.

We met friends in Cahors and chose Brit Hotel as our hotel for one night. The rooms are very spartan, and, although they looked clean, the bathroom in our room emanated bad odors. Our room overlooked the hotel parking, the parking a reason we chose this property. Our window was shrouded from the outside by a folding metal screen which suffered from disrepair. Nothing good about that combination. Certainly the location of the BH is attractive, walking distance from the shopping / dining / church / market district. We did not frequent the bar or the hotel's breakfast. We opted for what we considered to be more attractive options. I must mention, however, that the afternoon front desk staff was very helpful.

Review collected in partnership with Inter-Hotel
We arrived without a booking but this was not a problem. The hotel is very close to the train station but this was not important to us ,other than as a landmark. The hotel offered private car parking but we chose to use on street parking as it appeared quite secure. This turned out to be the case. The hotel receptionist had a good command of English & also had very good recommendations regarding places to eat. There were lots of eateries within a short walk of the hotel. We would recommend this hotel to people visiting this area.
