We stayed a couple of nights in this very well placed hotel in Metz. Staff super helpful and friendly, particularly Margaux, who was so charming and looked after us very well. The room was modern and super clean, if I had a niggle it would be that the pillows need upgrading, felt like cotton wool balls had been stuffed inside and the fixed shampoo above the bath needs moving lower so that it can be reached easily. Food in the hotel was exquisite and a work of art aswell as being delicious. Thank you very much to all the staff x
Great hotel in the heart of Metz. Location is both very pretty and convenient, next to the train station and many restaurants. The hotel is very quaint, set in a historical building. The rooms are very comfortable and full of amenities. Very good service overall. Highly recommended!
Great hotel in the center of Metz within walking distance to the cathedral. The hotel has a very goed feel with friendly staff and big spacious rooms and waterkoker and nespresso machine in the room. The Restaurant La reserve in the hotel is very nice for dinner. We will use this hotel as our standaard stopover on the way down South.
Very comfortable and style orientated hotel just a short drive from the main autobahn and in the centre of Metz. Rooms are super size, with a good bath, modern and renovated. Car parking (15 euros per night) is safe and secure. The on-site restaurant is a really nice experience, with a primarily French orientated menu with very good food. Breakfast however, I seriously recommend to pre book, and not wait until on later like we did- it cost us 44 euros per person which frankly is too much. It was a good breakfast, but the hotel is not the Ritz….we will return, but only with. Pre paid breakfast!
Great view, spacious apartment with corner bath, comfy beds, parking in front of the hotel(no need to reserve, needs to be paid for this service), amazing food, great stuff. After so many hotels with rude stuff thru France, this was really pleasant experience.
Excellent restaurant. Chef could be a Michelin star. Room not very cosy. Easy parking. Electricity parking missing. Breakfast should be improved. Perfect location. Welcome service could be improved. Decoration could be improved.
My family and I stayed one night at this lovely hotel to visit the Christmas markets and as a brief stop on our way to Strasbourg. The hotel is situated in a historic building that dates back to the 1500s. I just love how they merged modern design with the building’s own traditional architecture. The staff are absolutely lovely. They all made sure that we felt welcome and comfortable during our stay. Our room was extremely spacious and quiet. The only thing we weren’t too fond of was the odd shower head which was actually a small wand. Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of choices. Parking spaces were also available directly in front of the hotel but there weren’t that many. Location-wise, this was very convenient as the center of Metz was just a short walk away.
We stayed one night on our way further south. This hotel is perfectly suited for us. Nice, roomy and quiet Supérieure Double (room number 230), 2 separate beds as requested. Very efficient check-in and fast check-out. Easy walking distance to the old city centre. Parking in front for a reasonable fee (if it's full, there is a large public parking garage closeby).
A bit of a strange experience. Could not find the hotel reception at first .......because it consisted of a small table with a lap top computer, a member of staff appearing from behind a curtain, so my conclusion is that they were trying a new type of trend in check in of guests or maybe they had not invested in a reception area!!! Nice large room, very comfy bed, no complaints except maybe should Invest in a soap dish for the bar of soap for the sink!! The bar area was not really much which was a shame. They have a restaurant but did not eat here so can not comment. The main town of Metz is only about a 10 min walk away. Reasonable amount of parking at the hotel. Would recommend and would stay again if in town
Went to Metz for a short city trip. The hotel is good accessible by car and has a limited number of parking spots. Parking is 15 per day. The rooms are spacious, quiet and very nice. I have eaten outside but no complaints i can think of.
