This is a cheap hotel and rated it accordingly. We paid 28 euro for two people for a night which is cheaper than a hostel so I'm not going to complain. If you want somewhere cheap it's great but don't expect customer service or a large room, it's like a cabin room but did the job

Unfortunately this was the worst place I stayed until today. I was not expecting much, but this small and dark room was too bad to be true. When we arrived, the room had a terrible cigars smell and the toilette was simply not acceptable. You can listen EVERYTHING from other rooms and I didn't sleep all night because of the... More

We got to see the old town of Metz, which is soooo beautiful. I just loved the way people enjoy life in Metz with their laid-back attitude in a gorgeous city. Staff should work on their people skills at Hôtel Premiere Classe Metz!!! The place was clean and tidy and it was good value for money!

Booked for its price and as a one night stopover. The bedrooms were clean but that's probably all you could say about this hotel. It was not as advertised on the website and certainly didn't have the promised air conditioning. The bedrooms and the corridors were shabby and dark, We were a large party who had made a booking but... More

Another one booked for its price and sort of Location. Cheap and Basic Hotel, ideal if you want somewhere to sleep. Vending machines in Reception was ideal for a both cold and warm drinks. Room layout was a bit strange as there was 3 adults travelling.

We spent one night at the Premiere Classe Metz Est as part of a longer road trip towards the south of France. Price was the main reason we chose it, combined with its proximity to the motorway. And that dogs are allowed. The room was spotlessly clean and the beds actually really comfortable, though I could have done with an... More

When we arrived at the hotel it was closed, it is only open for intake in the mornings whilst breakfast is being served and from 17:00 - 21:00 in the evening, if you arrive outside these times you cannot get in, there is an automated system, unfortunately it didn't recognise our booking or name, the couple running the hotel are... We stayed in a compact twin room with en suite. The hotel can be seen from the main road, but we found it hard to actually get to it, as it is down a side road and then down a shared single track driveway. Our room was spotlessly clean. The hotel is quite a way from Metz centre. There is... More

It's cheap and fairly clean but that's about all its got going for it. The only time this hotel should be used is as a one night stopover. The local area has nothing to offer so, unless you're willing to drive into the centre of Metz, the only way in is a half hour bus journey starting from around the... More
