This small hotel is well-located near the main station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and knew the decent restaurants. The rooms were comfortable enough, although a bit tight on wardrobe space. The wifi was excellent. The continental breakfast was adequate. On the whole a well-run establishment. Unfortunately no off-street parking though.

Excellent location near the train station. Friendly staff and pleasant, well-appointed room except for one shortcoming: a significant gap between exterior door and floor that let corridor light shine into the room. Very good WiFi. One recommended improvement: an electric water kettle in the room to make coffee/tea.

I stayed here for two nights and was actually pretty impressed. The beds were comfortable (a little on the hard side that that's alright) and the window could open wide to let the air in. I didn't find it to be too noisy like some of the other reviews I've read here - I slept just fine. The Wifi here... More

It's really just diagonally across the entrance of the main station. Walkable distance to the main attractions and shopping area. Even if you don't walk there, you'll still be able to feed yourself with the restaurants nearby. I have already expected the exterior design of the hotel but the interior was much better than I have imagined. The lift was... More

The hotel is very dated and the room looks like something from the 70's. There is no amenities in the room unlike other hotels that my friend stayed in (tea, coffee, hairdryer in room and free tea, coffee and orange juice in hotel reception 24hrs) Tea, coffee was available for €2 a cup and you could get a hairdryer from... I too, booked this without looking at the reviews. Some of them are unfair. Yes, the decor is dated but it is warm, spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful and it was easy to walk into the centre. We parked at the underground car park close by for convenience.

My husband just booked this hotel without any review searching. After the reservation, I searched for this hotel reviews in 'Trip advisor'. I read about 'scenery of horror movie' review. It made me totally desperated. Because I have to there 4 nights. Now I am here. This hotel is quite OKAY!!! Great location(just 2mins to Mets train station, 10mins to... More

The hotel are very close to the main central station. The rooms are clean and modern. They don´t have hair dryer and good size mirrors. Wi-fi is good and the staff very friendly. Great for the price range.

I really do not get the negative responses on the website. We've paid around 55 euros for a standard two persons rooms. We were on the highest floor with a room that looked over the street. The hotel is located near the station of Metz and was relatively easy to find. There was an elevator, which was nice because other... More

I do not know what people are complaining about. Ok it is an average hotel but we found it to be clean, friendly and in a good location. Easy for parking the the Gare and cheap for €10 per 24hrs. It did not smell and the rooms were ok. Breakfast was a French breakfast what do people want
